CVS Pharmacy, Fullerton CA

Horrible service. The receptionist stated that she would transfer me over to the pharmacist, was put on hold for 20 minutes, then someone hung up the phone without saying anything. They also never got back to me on when they were going to be done filling my prescription. Changing pharmacies because these people were so unprofessional and rude.

Friendly staff and quick I would recommend this place if you live close by they are fast and help out a lot

My old CVS closed and I was transferred to this new CVS. The customer service is fantastic. The pharmacy is well staffed with courteous and EFFICIENT staff. Every time I go they acknowledge that I am waiting and handle transactions with knowledge and courtesy. The Pharmacist is wonderful. Very helpful, and today she said she hoped I felt better. A small act of kindness, but very much appreciated. Please give them all a raise.

Poor customer service at the pharmacy. Went for my 2nd shot today 10/30/22 at 12pm and the pharmacy lady said they ran out of the Pfizer yesterday but didn’t notify or alert me via text or email to cancel my appointment. So I wasted my time even going in just to hear that and and top of that the first Lady I spoke with could’ve relayed that info instead of directing me to go and wait to be seen by the 2nd lady who gives the shots. They were very slow assisting other customers too. Their apology for the inconvenience wasn’t sincere and seemed like it wasn’t their problem.

My Go to shop for in person items and for my prescriptions. Their always friend especially at the Pharmacy.been coming here for last 10 years, and even tho there is many stores near by i always end up coming here.

Fyi if you have few items, just do self checkout.

My New favorite CVS. Close to home. Everything was well organized and stocked all the employees greateed me. All the employees were friendly and knowledgeable they helped me find what I needed. By far my favorite CVS of all. Everything is always on stock and well organized.perfect for me?

I always have great service at this location. The staff always makes sure I'm well informed about the medications & their enter actions with other meds I'm taking. They are always cheerful and go the extra mile to call the doctors office & make sure the prescriptions are ordered right for my insurance.
