4 Customer service is absolutely horrible at the CVS Pharmacy inside of Target. I am a cash paying patient for a maintenance medication that is not covered by insurance.
When I called in my refill, they said it would be ready at noon. When I arrived at the pharmacy, they told me that it's not covered.well, YES, I am aware. That's why I pay cash for it.
At no point did they call me to say it wasn't covered.which I already knew. BUT they should've called to say it wasn't covered and it wasn't being filled.because I showed up and my medication wasn't ready at the time they said it would be. They didn't have the courtesy to call me to notify me?
The cashier went back and forth with the female technician, where she made comments to the male cashier about it being too expensive and questioning if I could afford it.
I told them to fill it, I'm aware of the cost.
So, I waited 20 minutes and came back, like I was asked to. When the cashier assisted me, he said it wasn't ready and mentioned it is "too expensive" & that's why it wasn't done.again.a 2nd time. I said, "I know it isn't ready, I'm aware of the cost, if you check my profile, you will see I paid cash last time. What's the issue? "
WHO ARE THEY TO SAY WHAT I CAN AND CAN NOT AFFORD? So rude, disrespectful and profiling.
I had to come back 3 times to finally get my medication. It took over an hour for it to be filled, past the pick up time.
If Iwas able to give them a zero I would the have and electric prescription and refuse to fill it in because I normally use Walgreens bet they are backordered for 29 days for sure not changing to there service.
Organized. Easy to find what I was looking for I asked for help I received it with no problem took me right to what I needed also.
