CVS Pharmacy, Lake Forest CA

The pharmacists at CVS on Trabuco and Lake Forest go out of their way to help their patients get their medications on time. When the medication ran out sooner than expected because the doctor miscalculated the amount of drops for the eyes (she only gave enough for one eye.) Manar the pharmacist, was able to override the amount and provide the medication the same day. All the pharmacists at this and other nearby CVS locations are very hard working and competent.

I have been going to this pharmacy for approximately 18 years and they have always been very friendly and helpful! I think Phillip has been there all these years and he is extremely friendly and helpful!

They're listed as a Moneygram agent. I don't know why, they won't do it. You can call them, they say sure, then you walk 2 miles to get there and they won't do it. If you're trying to do Moneygram, don't go here. I have no idea why they have a contract.

The store had a wide selection of medications and health products. The prescription process was efficient, and I didn't have to wait long. But the staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly, providing little assistance or guidance.

This CVS is fantastic. It's close my house, friendly staff. Great service, that why I gave them 10. Thumb Up!

Probably the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. I need to come here monthly, and in most cases, they give me some sorry excuse as to why my medication is not fulfilled. This happens even when they call to tell me my medication is ready for pickup. Avoid this location at all costs.

Menar is very helpful, if it was not for her wonderful customer services we would not be getting our medication from there.
