324 hours? Hah! I guess no one answers phones, though. Good luck, CALLED AT 8PM, 30+ minutes on hold and never an answer. (PS, Walgreens is the same. Is this Healthcare in the US? Is this how corporate customer service is? Yes and yes.)
Always knowledgeable and very helpful. Employees always patient and will help with anything you need.
Never answer their phones, the wait times are at least 30 minutes FOR PICKUP (and there regularly are customers who cut in line in front of everyone, and cvs does nothing to stop them from doing this), karens galore at this cvs who regularly violate HIPAA to stand behind patients to demand to know where the bathroom is- and cvs yet again does NOTHING to stop this.people stand way too close behind me coughing with NO MASKS ON and cvs does nothing about this either.
FIX THIS OR I AM NOT COMING BACK.
