8As we, as a nation have drifted away from the 50's, 60's and 70's our customer service aspects of our job functions also has drifted away. Luckily not at this particular CVS location that my wife and I are visiting for our medication needs. It is so refreshing that your frontline employees- (assets) whom are carrying your business banner are so efficient that makes some one like me to by-pass my nephew's pharmacy and visit this location. Emilda, Ashley, Sidney, and the rest of the team members are superb! Team, Keep up your excellent work! Your excellent work may reflect positively on CVS stock market price shares.
False advertisement of open hrs. Dissapointing, used to be 24 hrs for store, now only the pharmacy is 24 hrs. Should remove the 24 hrs sign!
The service was actually excellent at this CVS, but I can’t give them a 5-star review because they are clearly understaffed. There was a long line of customers, and the employees were all visibly hustling and they were knowledgeable and efficient. If CVS doesn’t appropriately staff their busy shifts, they will lose these exceptionally hard working staff members.
My experience at the Los Cayotes CVS has been getting better & better. I’m not sure what happened or can’t point my finger on it but something changed.for the better.
Store is closing between midnight and 8 a.m. Pharmacy is still open if you do drive thru but customers not available to go inside to shop after midnight until 8am

My boyfriend and I go to cvs pharmacy every month to pay our bills and to buy items! The cashiers are very nice and pleasant! I can’t complain we always have a great shopping experience here!
Incompetent. I switched my prescription from Rite Aid because of my insurance. CVS is slow, rude and incompetent. They rarely call when the prescription is done, and most of the time they don't leave a message so i don't know why they called. They wont find a prescription at another store if they are out, or call to tell you they don't have it.
The area to give flu shots is like stepping into a third world country - a dirty plastic screen placed in a dim lit dirty smelly corner of the hall in front of the bathroom door.
I am switching all my prescriptions back to Rite aid except the Mail order stuff that i get refilled automatically.
