I had an issue with allergic reaction to one of the prescription my daughter started on. (she was under alot of different prescription at the time to counter side effects of another medication she was on) I told the assistant in the refill counter about the issue and asked to note on the account and not to fill anymore. Come next refill cycle to pick up all the medications it got auto refilled and I questioned the head male pharmacist about the error.he was very rude and cared more about the medication not being able to be used because it was mixed prior to my arrival than my daughter's allergic reaction to the medicine. I told the pharmacist that I could still pay for the medicine but that I didn't want my daughter to take medicine that will make her sick. I ended up moving my prescription to another pharmacist. Could trust the pharmacist to do his job.

Will management ever actually do anything about the bad service at the pharmacy? I expected to have to wait on hold for a while, but this time, their phone was answered twice, I could hear voices, then they hung up. Their system also ended the call randomly twice.to add insult their website keeps popping up "unavailable at this time" notices.

The pharmacist was rude and unhelpful when trying to change a prescription. Recommend going to the alternative. They were much more helpful.

WORST. PHARMACY. EVER. They are rude, insulting, incompetent. I have had them refuse to refill perfectly good, legal, valid prescriptions (of non-controlled substances). I have absolute proof they lie about calling the doctor when they have not. I transferred my prescriptions from Walgreens to this store - It took over 3 weeks! I have Lena (sp?) hang up on me twice. No follow through even when promised. The other day it took 90 minutes to pick up ONE prescription because they would not admit and correct their error.
Go look at their Yelp reviews for this pharmacy.
It is sooo bad, I am returning to Walgreens

The pharmacist at this location is very rude! Who ever the male pharmacist was on Jan 26,2023 around 8: 20am picked up the phone spoke with me and hung up in my face! I would recommend choosing another pharmacy.

In person - great! Never have to wait that long, staff are nice. There’s always parking, the store is clean and tidy.

Just don’t call the pharmacy. I called just now because my Rx is out of stock and the app told me to call the pharmacy, and first had the person yelling ‘HOWARD? ’ - no greeting, just ‘HOWARD? ’ several times while I was like ‘yes, hello? ’ Eventually she realized I wasn’t HOWARD? And without explanation put me on hold again, just to pick right back up moments later. No basic acknowledgment. After she’d asked for and confirmed the same information multiple times, she asked how she could help. I told her that my Rx was out of stock and the app said to call the pharmacy to see if it’s available nearby, and her short response was ‘OK but what’s your question? ’ I thought maybe they’re busy and under pressure, everyone has a bad day at work. So I repeated my question, asking if it’s available nearby. Again - but ruder - ‘ok but what’s your question? ’ So again, I repeat my question. Eventually she responds contemptuously with ‘you’ll have to call round the others, I can’t help’ and hung up. Honestly, the most unpleasant interaction I’ve had in so long.
