3Again I tried calling CVS pharmacy at 5200 university parkway San Bernardino. The auto answering robot picks up, sometimes it works and some times not even close. This is about the sixth time I wanted to talk to a person, I waited approximately 20 minutes and finally hung up. I actually talked to a person one time out of six. If you go into the pharmacy they generally help you in a reasonable amount of time however they never seem happy to see any customers.
CVS pharmacy y Mas is ok.
I don't find myself coming here often.
As it's a little bit run down and not very inviting.
Parking is ok it does share a lot with a bunch of other businesses.
So it can get pretty jam packed especially in the after school hours.
Store is not very well maintained.
Have come here on a few occasions and they were out of a bunch of stuff.
Shelves were bare and isles were messy.
Alto is great? Super easy to transfer over my prescriptions, have my doctor call in a new prescription and even get my over the counter allergy pills. Delivered next day. Will be using Alto from now on.
