5Extremely satisfied for the service rendered by the team members.thank you so much…
Good customer service here has been somewhat inconsistent. All the more reason that I have to give kudos to Hilda. She was handling a bunch of situations at once. Yet she remained patient and efficient.
Some of the staffs are very un professional, if you call the and wait 10 to 20 then somebody hang up, I understand they’re busy but let the customer know “can you please hold there is a person ahead you, ” but no, they will hang up the phone on you. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
They gave my girlfriend heart stickers and I don’t like that I can give her heart stickers u guys don’t have to do that so I give this place a 1 star review for that reason I would also like to speak to the manager of this place because he should be fired for letting his employees give her heart stickers like there’s more stickers why heart stickers so don’t do to this place unless you want them to give your girl heart stickers
I recently had my prescription sent here by my physician, My wife went to pick it up a few days later. The representative at the counter advised her that they could not fill the prescription without more information from my physician as the initial request was lacking some type of information and then she walked away. When my wife was able to get her attention a second time to better understand what happened she asked if they had contacted the doctor. She said, "no we are just going to wait". So in her mind she was going to wait for my doctor to contact them even though they have no idea there is a problem. When I contacted my doctor they we unsure what the problem was to ultimately find out that the CVS needed my insurance card.which could have been provided at the initial encounter when my wife ask why it wasn't filled. The people employed here are obviously the bottom of the barrel and to save you some time just go to another CVS. Then again, they're pharmacy techs for a reason i guess.
