I got my bike serviced here and the wheel weights broke off. The day of having it. Hopefully they will service my bike for free on fixing the wheel weights. It caused premature wear on my rear tire.

I've been bringing my KLX 140G here for quite some time now. I had my headlight wired/installed, basic maintenance, and a tire change. Truthfully, I would not consider taking my bike anywhere else! The owner and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and have always managed to finish working on my bike extraordinarily fast.

More importantly, the work they provide is quality and offer great prices compared to other shops I've been to. They're upfront about the work that's needed and won't recommend anything that's not necessary that most shops might push for to make a quick buck.

I had an issue with my turn signal on my bars. The power cable disconnected and they offered to fix it for free and to my surprise, when I came to pick my bike up, they had changed my rear brake pads for new ones for free since mine were pretty worn down.
You will never find a shop elsewhere that offers this level of customer satisfactory and work so closely with their customers needs.

I am 1000% happy with Cycle City Motorsports and can't find words to explain my gratitude. Without a doubt, they go above and beyond to ensure that your bike is being taken care of and they've earned a customer for life. I recommend their shop to all my of buddies on Camp Pendleton if they ever need work done on their bikes. Whenever I need something done fast, quality, and inexpensive, they are my go to every time.

I’ve been taking my Katana here for years. The guys are amazing and there always virtuous and friendly even after I constantly check in there very patient and kind. This shop is the absolute best and I would never take my bike anywhere else!

Have a Kawasaki Vulcan 500 and was having some perplexing problems. John the Technician called me and we discussed some possibilities and came to a conclusion. John ordered parts that I thought would be hard to get installed them tuned it up and it runs great. Thanks John and Jay.

They always get my repairs and service done right, which isn't always the case with other shops I've taken my bike to, but they also get it done in a timely manner.

Cool store. Even though I didn't buy anything, the staff was very helpful and informative with a helmet I brought in and needed help with fitment questions.

Jason is a knowledgeable guy if you have any questions ask him he will address your concerns. I consider guys that work on my bikes as important as the guys that cut my hair. My bike had some hick ups and we smothed her out. Cheers fellas looking forward to my free oil change.

While covid, I had a bike in service that I needed to ship to the mainland.
Alvin from Cycle city was very understandable about the situation and help guide the necessary repairs.
When it was time to start the shipping process, he made it a top priority and was very communicative of what was needed and what he could do to help.
Being on vacation and getting that big process done in a few hours was a relief!

I went in to buy a helmet and replace the visor to my helmet. I ran a muck in the store for over 20 mins while both employees completely ignored me. Never asked if I wanted help. Finally I went to counter with the helmet I found and asked to get the visor that went with it. I had to assist him in helping me right down to finding the price. No customer service, employee was rude. Other employee walked past me for over 20 minutes talking with a vendor and ignoring me. I will never go back. You lost my biz.

Don’t take your bike here for tire changes. I never have and never will but all friends that did have had pinched tubes and one of my buddies brought his back and didn’t realize that it wasn’t even on the bead! I’ve only heard bad things about cycle city and tires. Normal maintenance, I’m sure their great, their technicians obviously just don’t take the time necessary for the tires.

Very satisfied with work done on my bike. Front fork rebuilt, seals, fork oil, and fork springs changed. Specialty they did a good job by ordering the 1.0kg/mm springs which compensate for my weight and riding style compared to the original stk 0.75kg/mm springs. Now the bike's handling is better and it does not bottom out when passing bumps. Great customer service if you have any question for your bike. Also they order the new parts and make the bike ready in a very reasonable amount time. Their prices are very reasonable as well. Strongly recommend this group to service, sale, and maintain your bike. Very knowledgeable. Thank you

Stopped by with a warped wheel the other day. They advised me that I was better off shopping for a new wheel and gave me several options. I always come here because they are more concerned about helping a customer than making a quick buck. Great staff and great service.

Brought in my Hayabusa wheels/tires and had them change out my tires for me. Excellent job, excellent price. Friendly staff. Will be back!

These guys have been pimpn out my bikes for the past 10 years. Great service best peices in town and friendliest staff you can hope to ever find specially in this industry.
