Know what you want when you go in. Staff try to be helpful, but much easier if you have the part number already.

The staff here is super knowledgeable, professional and accountable. They know their gear and are there to help you as they have me over and over again. Store is a little hidden in the corner of a shopping plaza but don't judge the book by its cover, I'd send anyone here!

This is an awesome store! Really loves the fact that everything was open, and easy to find. They had everything from handle bars to helmets to decal kits. I was a little disappointed in the selection of hats they had. Most where the same style, just different colors. Not a big deal though to be honest. Great place. Would definitely recommend.

Great shop in a convenient location. The kind of folks who want you to inform you about the differences between products before you decide which to buy. Always willing to spend time if you have questions to ensure your satisfied with what you purchase. Richard has always been a great help. Also, they host bike nights for local riders to get together and encourage all riders to attend.

This is the place to go for anything motorcycles. Fantastic team of employees who all know their stuff and try their hardest to make your experience a great one. They host bike night every month, which is a lot of fun and is a great place to meet other riders. They'll also go out of their way to get you the best price on the highest quality product, and sometimes you'll find some fantastic closeout deals! Finally, their return policy is outstanding, and customer service never fails to disappoint. Whether you're just getting into riding, or have been in the saddle for years, Cyclegear SLO will go out of their way for you.

I call cyclegear early in the day asking for a certain part and if they had it in stock, she asked to give me a call back soon. I said okay and waited 3 hours before I decided to call them. Later that day I go into the store to pick up some handgaurds. I said to the worker that the handgaurds had looked like like they were bought /returned so he took 10% off. Long story short the package was missing all the hardwar and I have to drive an hour just because the store messed up.

Friendly and knowledgable employees. Always find something here I need. Better for "hands on" shopping for helmets, gloves and wearable gear. Excellent for oil, tires and quick maintenance items.
