Everyone is very friendly and attentive. Very easy and good accountability for returns. Nice large inventory but needs more larger sizes for bustier women as well as shoe variety for women.

I have had my Cycle Gear 250 serviced here a couple times. They always do top level work and are very professional in every aspect. The last time I was there, there was an issue with my brake after I received it back, brought it back to them and they fixed it on the house! Well to tell you the truth. If they don't have what you need they can quickly get it. Always friendly people.

Great store, great staff, the only reason they're not getting five stars is because of the location and the propensity of locals to be nasty. Once had something yanked right off my bike while it was parked out front, something that wouldn't be as likely to happen were the store located elsewhere.

I don't know of a better motorcycle accessory store with whatever one might need from tires (they will put it on your rim for $25 last I heard) to attire and what they may not have they likely can get it.

I’ve been coming to this Cycle Gear for the past three years now, and I’ve never had any complaints at all about this Cycle Gear. I was in yesterday and purchased a Shoe Neotec II and a SRL II helmet and comm system.

Amelia and another gentlemen who’s name I unfortunately don’t remember we’re super helpful, and both helped set up and install the comm system, pin lock, and breath guard on my helmet! While checking out, I was chatting with another sales associate who was about a month new to the store. He seemed super happy to be at work and he told me he liked it a lot in his month so far. The sales associates are always happy and energetic.

I was met with exceptional service yesterday and each previous time I’m there. The sales associates will check in with you, but don’t harass you and hover your shoulder.

This Cycle Gear also is the largest one I’ve been to, and they always have something for everyone in stock with their huge sales floor. I highly recommend this specific Cycle gear due to its size and exceptional customer service.

Super friendly and well stocked. They were the only place that had brake pads for an older Honda Gold Wing in San Diego county

I have a passion for motorcycles. So does the employees of cycle gear. I just enjoy their store, their selection and most of all their amazing staff that's so willing and eager to supply me with pleasure items for my bike.

I am a regular customer here, a little overpriced on some items but then good deals on others, but a good place for bikers to shop

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Cycle gear has competitive pricing so I buy all my gear from there. It's nice they have motorcycle parking since this shopping center gets busy.

Another thing I like is being able to compare high end gear against their company backed gear. The high end gear is beautiful l, but don't discount Bilt or Sedici gear. Amazing bang for the buck. The gear survives a crash and protects you, exactly what you want from your gear without costing an arm and a leg.:)

If you do get that $2600 suit, you can get a nice Military discount to cover a bit of the cost.:) If it isn't on sale, you can get a Military Discount.

So come in to be a baller or to buy a frugal purchase, it doesn't matter to the staff. You get the same quality service either way.

Victoria was a FOUNTAIN of knowledge when it came to bike gear. I'm new to bikes but she made everything very easy to understand while she explained why I should or shouldnt get something. I was in the store for an hour or two and I went up to her multiple times to hear her opinion. I never once felt like I was bothering her, she was very approachable and easy to talk to.

Sean (I believe, if I find out the name was wrong I will update it) talked my ear off in a good way about bike helmets and told me extensively about the testing each company does when calculating the safety of helmet.

Xander made my purchases easy to check out and helped with price matching which I really appreciate because I ended up spending about $1000 to get all my gear.

Eddy cleaned off my helmet and also helped with some price matching. Thank you! Was super nice and funny.

This store has SO MANY amazing employees who make you feel like family when you go in. Every interaction I've had with the employees have been nothing but excellent.
