Cycle Gear, Riverside CA

My wife wanted new gear for riding and we found everything she needed and then some. They installed the Sena bluetooth for me too. Prices were very good on the items we bought, Helmet, Jacket and Sena.

This has been my go to placa for my motorcycle in-store shopping since I've gotten my bike. And i stay going back for the same reason. The staff here have time after time been more helpful. Not only are they friendly but insightful, very informative and make over and beyond efforts to help answer and questions out concerns you might have. They are very welcoming on top of that.

Been to this location several times and each time there is always some there to help out with any of my needs. They also have personal experience with products. Highly suggest visiting for all your motorcycle needs.

I absolutely LOVE the staff at this cycle gear they're practically family they're so awesome! The employees are very helpful, the only complaint I have is I wish they had their own bike night and I know they feel the same way, I hope they're able to make it work some day. Bottom line this is a fantastic Cycle Gear!

First time coming to this store. Was greeted as soon as I came in and helped out quickly. Came in for a tube replacement on my tire towards end of the day. Got my tire back before they closed. Great staff

Every time I go to cycle gear I always have a grate experience. They have a good selection of all products from street to dirt and there customer service is excellent as well. Very helpful and attentive to ur needs and questions but never overbearing or hovering. Overall 1 of the best stores to shop at.

The merch is great. The people are great. But calm down the sales tactics. Commission sales are annoying.

I needed a helmet to pick up my new motorcycle and I didn't make it in to store until 10 to 7, they were about to close in the Fullerton store, yet they still stayed they took their time, they got me the helmet I needed, and even installed the Bluetooth for me.it was exceptional service.

Wonderful staff and really knowledgeable. From oil to tires to helmet to gloves and Battery. If you care about your bikes like me. I recommend this place!

There was an computer error with getting the right pricing of a product I was ordering and the guys working that day 9/25/21, work diligently to correct the issue. Great costumer service!

I was looking for a leather jacket and didn't know where to start. I tried on a few sizes and the staff was more than happy to help me find the right size and fit for my riding. I would definitely go back to this location to find more gear!

The employees are so helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I'm a new rider and have been looking to purchase my first helmet so I visited Chaparral and Malcom Smith before I found Cycle Gear. Let me tell you. Completely night and day experience, the employees at Cycle Gear were soooooo helpful! They gave me tons and tons of information as apposed to the other stores. Found my first helmet here and my permanent shop for gear.

Great customer service, did not have what I needed in stocks so they called other locations and had it shipped in from Oregon
