Always help me out with anything they can! Great staff and great store! If you need a part they don’t carry they can and still will find it to Oder for you! They are the best local shop.

Wonderful experience! It was refreshing to finally go into a place and speak with a knowledgeable person! I was treated with respect and a genuine desire to get me me what I wanted and needed without feeling like the salesperson was just making a sale. A wonderful personality too! I wish I’d gotten his name to thank him personally.

I recently got into riding a bit over 2 months ago. The staff here has been friendly and answered all my questions about products and riding knowledge as well. I came in within 10 mins of closing time for my first helmet and shoes, the staff didn't complain and just helped me out! I've gone back in for gear, new helmet, comms, etc.and my experience is always great! I tell my riding buddies to go here for their gear or parts and they all love it too. I definitely recommend you stop by if you ever need anything

I went in to exchange a pair of gloves, and even though the workers were busy with other customers at the time, they still made sure to find and help me as soon as they could. I explained my situation and they gave me good advice and helped me go through with the whole process without any issues.

Great experience at Cycle Gear. I can’t remember the woman’s name who helped me but, she was very knowledgeable and made sure that the new gloves and boots I bought we the right size and fit. I’m definitely going back there when I need more goodies.

Sales person was very helpful in providing information and support when fitting and purchasing a new helmet.

I am a sponsored rider. I have filled out all the appropriate information. My discount is never reflected in the system and I have to explain every time I purchase anything. Or family races amateur motocross and spend a lot of money at cycle gear. Don't understand why this so difficult
