I’m happy with the customer service, and found the staff very helpful with advice and sharing their honest opinion. I needed to return an item twice and it was exchanged without any problem.

I am barely starting my journey and it was my first time ever walking into a motorcycle store in general and I’m really glad I walked into this store because the staff were really nice. Colin (hopefully I spelled it right) was really nice and helpful finding me my first helmet. He didn’t make me feel discouraged or anything and instead really helped in making me feel welcomed. I will def be coming back to this store since the other staff as well seemed really nice and friendly.

Friendly. Knowledgeable. Good selection of gear. Good parking out front. Parking lot easily accessible by highway. Let me place my helmet and gloves up front so I didn’t have to carry them around the store. Bring in a CMSP or BRC certificate and get a discount.

When I dropped off my wheel to get the new tire installed that I purchased from Cycle Gear, I was never informed of the cost to install the tire and that it required a new tube.
I received a call 10 minutes after I left that I needed to purchase a new tube.
The last time I purchased a tire through Cycle Gear the installation was free?

I needed a motorcycle cover for my V-Rod. But I had to find a cover priced right. I took Jonny’s advice at Cycle Gear. I bought what he recommended. I could not be more pleased. It has a vent so my bike doesn’t sweat. It’s thick and perfect for my bike. It has a strap to tie down with other grommets for more security. Surprised, my license plate is viable with a plastic window. The manager likes that!

Needed gloves, found the exact O’Neil gloves I like and was in and out in about 5 minutes.

Got the Cardo Freecom 2x yesterday at the San Marcos location. Crew was very helpful and informative. I believe it was Colin who installed it in my helmet for me right there so I could try it out on my ride home. Did a great job! Thanks Colin and crew for great, friendly service!

I stopped by to buy a helmet and possibly find a riding jacket. The employee that assisted us was very patient and understanding. Being a new rider, his suggestions and recommendations were really helpful unlike the other shop I had previously been to. I will definitely be coming back should I need to buy any more items in the future.
