Wife had a sour experience when she came in-person to ask some questions about services offered.

These guy's have serviced a couple of my bikes and are always friendly, and informative. Great service at a very reasonable price too!

Best service! Before finding cycle quest, I had gone to 4 different shops. None offered a solution to some modifications I wanted to do to my bike. Brian at cycle quest was super helpful and solved my issue that others couldn't or wouldn't. I highly recommend this shop not only for their service but also prices are very reasonable. Erik was also very helpful as well. Both very knowledgeable. I'm glad I found them.

I'm a UCSD student yet I actively choose this place for all my bike services, despite having a much closer bike shop here on campus. The staff here, Alvin and Brian particularly, are among the nicest and down-to-earth employees you'll ever meet. My first time ever visiting I got my brakes tuned and brake handles readjusted, received some useful biking advice, and even some great life advice—all for free! They're also among the more only bike shops willing to work on a third-party, online-bought e-bike, which is a breath of fresh air (I mostly get turned away since the e-bike wasn't sold by them).

P. S. For those who are curious, the life advice was from Alvin, a father of two, who told me "Make sure not to waste your parents' money while at college. "

Overdue for reviewing this top notch shop. Have taken my gravel and my touring bike in for repairs and they do quality, professional work at fair prices. Also a great place if you are interested in building or buying your dream bike. Staff seem super friendly!
