Cypress Coast Ford, Seaside CA

I ordered a Maverick Hybrid in September 2022 and while it took 11+ months to arrive, working with Mike and Tony & Gabe, it took just a an hour to arrange financing and get me on the road. Thanks guys! I'll be back for my next Ford.

My husband and I can not rave enough about the service we received from Cypress Ford in Seaside, CA. Radish KC, General Manager, went above and beyond to give us excellent service. He handled a difficult situation extremely well. We purchased a new 2023 Ford 150 Lariat Hybrid Truck. It broke down within the first week of ownership. Cypress Ford had it towed to Seaside from Truckee, CA (6 hours away) and serviced it right away. They provided us with a 2024 rental car at no charge. In addition they reimbursed us our out of pocket expenses for our local mechanic and rental car until the loaner car arrived.

Radish KC stayed on top of everything and returned all calls timely. Everyone at Cypress Ford were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire ordeal.

We will be purchasing our next vehicle from Cypress Ford.

The mobile service is simply fantastic! Your vehicle gets the maintenance it needs while you go about your normal day with zero interruptions. Looking into the future I believe this will be the new normal.

My 2022 Ford F-150 was subject to two Ford recalls, a defective wiper motor that could fail at any time and result in a crash, and a problem with the parking lamps on the truck. Salinas Valley Ford where I purchased the truck refused to even order the replacement wiper motor, telling me that contrary to the Ford recall notice from February 2023, they would not replace the motor until it actually failed.

Fortunately I have Cypress Coast Ford in my area and they ordered the replacement wiper motor and let me know when it arrived so I could schedule a service appointment. When I arrived I was helped by Ricardo Rodriguez who was aware of the recalls for my truck and quickly processed the repairs.

I picked my truck up the following day and the wiper motor was replaced and the needed work for the parking lamp recall was done and they had my truck detailed - it was cleaner than when I picked it up new from Salinas Valley Ford.

This was the second time where having had no success with Salinas Valley Ford I was able to go to Cypress Coast Ford and get the needed warranty and recall work performed. I was having electrical problems and a dead battery when starting the truck. Salinas Valley Ford could not find a problem, so I took the truck to Cypress Coast Ford where they quickly determined that the battery needed to be replaced.

The last two times I have my truck serviced at Salinas Valley Ford they told me their washer was broken. The last time I had the truck serviced at Cypress Coast Ford my car was washed and detailed inside and was cleaner than when I picked it up new from Salinas Valley Ford.

Cypress Coast Ford is a lot further from my home but in the future I will be going there for everything needed for my truck.

Straight up! The worst communication, unprofessional experience with any buisness. The service Department is an absolute joke!

It was great! I usually go to Salinas Valley Ford to get my oil changed and it usually takes most of the morning on a Saturday even if they have an appointment early. This time I decided to come out to Cypress Coast Ford since I work down the street best decision ever. Roger was super friendly even opened up earlier than the 730 so I can get checked in and on my way. I decided to walk back to work. Still waiting for the shuttle at eight which is not an issue they did my oil change. And fixed a recall I had on my car the best part I haven’t got a car wash which Salinas never does. Everyone was friendly and courteous, and I will definitely be coming back in the future for my next oil change.

I just moved to the area and needed to get my oil changed. The staff here was all around fantastic. The customer service was great and they were very helpful. Rudy was my advisor and did an amazing job. I'll definitely be bringing my vehicle back here for any service requirements!

Called ahead to make sure they had the car we wanted to look at. They weren't able to open any of the three vehicles to look at, much less test drive. Worst dealer experience I've ever had and complete waste of time.

I love having my oil change and other services at Cypress Coast Ford. The points system are wonderful and they provide outstanding service. Rudy was so awesome! I placed my order last November, and after all the waiting, emails about inventory constrains, and multiple changes to its production date, my Bronco finally arrived! Buying a car is stressful, and Linda S.took all of the stress out of the transaction! From the time I walked I in the door, to the time I drove off the lot! Linda made it a special experience, and more importantly she got me the price! The level of care that she took is uncommon, as she now works a role at a sister Honda dealership, but still made the time to come and fulfill my order at Ford! Thank you Linda! My visit on 7/6/2023 was quick and easy. Ricardo explained the process well and taking time answered all my questions.

Went to get my oil changed at the service department. First of all $130 for an oil change is insane. Which I realize I am at fault for going to a dealership for an oil change.

Rude customer service as if you're an inconvenience. I was by myself with a baby in a stroller, struggling to open the door and everyone just sat there nice and comfy. Also, realize nobody owes me anything because I'm alone with a baby BUT it would be nice and appreciated especially if I'm about to spend $130 on an effin oil change. Then had to wait 2 hours even though I made an appointment. Which is super inconvenient.

Wish they would of warned me about the wait and the cost because I most definitely would of said hell no.

Service recommended the Technician ride in the vehicle to understand the issue and develop a solution. I didn't need to ask for this. The work was done efficiently and to date has resolved my issue.

From beginning to end I received prompt, courteous, transparent service from the team at Cypress Coast Ford. I especially want to thank Mike, KC, and Cairo for making the day of purchasing so smooth. A week later and I am in love with my truck!
