I slways get wonderful care with my dentist. The Staff is wonderful. They are very accommodating to my schedule.

I have been going to this dentist for more than 10 years. Dr. Woods ran an amazing practice and had great staff. Now, with the new staff and owners, the practice is terrible. They charge you for procedures before billing your insurance and don’t refund you the difference, they’ll send you a past due bill without ever sending the first 3 (30,60,90 & 120 days) so they can charge you the past 120 days late fee of $275, they do unnecessary procedures that you don’t need (other dentist offices have confirmed this and my insurance), and they have made dental problems worse like causing me mouth infections and nerve pain in my mothers teeth. They wouldn’t send my X-rays to my new dentist office after 3 calls from me and 2 from my new dentist’s office. This place is the worst dentist office and it’s so sad that Dr. Wood’s practice has turned into this. Stay away!

Cypress family dental was so good to me. They took me in on a same day appointment. Clean, professional, and made my visit as comfortable as it could be. I am Super pleased I am so glad I found them!

Dr. Brian Nguyen, DDS, one word describes this dentist, AMAZING! Best experience ever having my teeth worked on. He had me at hello. He explains everything, before, during and after. A kind and compassionate human being. I am 65 years old and this was the first time ever that I didn't even feel him numbing me. This was a NO pain experience and I had a tooth pulled on one side of my mouth and a root canal started on the other side. Complete state of the art facility. He even makes his own crowns. I am just in awe of his techniques and kindness. I am so thankful I have found my new dental home.

Dr. Woods was an outstanding dentist, but sadly, his retirement has made this practice go downhill. The hygienist is fantastic, but after sitting in the chair for 45 minutes to have my crown repaired with NO one working on me I’m taking my teeth elsewhere. I’m leaving three stars purely because Melissa the hygienist is outstanding.

Dr. Woods sold the business and the new owners did not share that information until i showed up for the appointment.
Second visit I had an appointment with my hygienist and after i showed up i was seen by a dentist and not a hygienist. When i asked they said they said hygienist had taken the day off. The dentist and his assistant did a bad job with cleaning. I am not going there anymore.
They still have Dr. Woods name on the door to trick you in.

Dr woods has sold his business and retired. I went to Dr woods and his father for many years. After the business was sold I saw a very good doctor in there and did a great job and I went back about 30 days later to have that same dentist and do more work on myself and I was told by the staff in the office at that dentist no longer worked there and they wouldn't give me his name or where he had moved to I didn't think that was very professional so this is why I lowered my rating from five stars of Dr woods

I travel 75 miles to Dr Wood & Melissa. I have been going to them around 18 yrs I believe it is now. HIGHLY recommend them.

Great office and wonderful staff! Hygienist Melissa the best! They actually make going to the dentist a pleasant experience. And they give you cookies after your visit!

Cypress Family Dental is the best. They are friendly and explain what needs to e done without trying to oversell you additional procedures and products. I recommend them highly.

Got a porcelain crown for a molar today. I've been to 3 different dentistries before coming here, and Dr. Wood is definitely the best dentist I've been to. Staff and Dr's are friendly and knowledgeable as well. I had to visit 3 times over the spand of a couple weeks. 1st time was to remove my filling, 2nd time was for the root canal and temp crown. 3rd time was to install the permanent crown and it was quick and painless!

After over 30 years - this is still my dental practice of choice! From office staff to techs to the doctor: personable, efficient, listening. No hesitation, at all, to put my name on a recommendation for Dr Wood & company!

This is the best dentist I have been to and I have been to several. Dr. Woods team is professional and welcoming. They are never over-booked and I have never waited more than 5 minutes in the lobby. They are so efficient, no matter what I go in for, I am out in 45 minutes or less. I highly recommend Dr. Woods and his fine team.

Dr. Don Wood is the best Dentist you can ever have. This man literally changed my life allowing me to eat like a normal person again. I will never have anyone touch my teeth till the day he’s done practicing. His staff is amazing and very friendly as well.

A dentist were you can make an appointment and you are seen at the appointment time not whenever they get around to you.

I love Dr. Woods office! I have been a patient at this dental office for about 20 years now, starting back in high school when I got braces. The entire team here is very professional and friendly. I recently had an appointment during the Covid-19 pandemic and they’ve got their safety protocols down! I highly recommend this dentist to everyone. They even bake fresh cookies for after your visit!:)
