Cypress Morro Bay RV & MH Park

Very clean smaller park close to the Morro Bay harbor area. Only negative is that there are no pull thru sites and it may challenge your backing skills, particularly with a trailer.

Great place to stay! Clean; walking distance to everything in town, and the owners are wonderful!

This is an excellent place to spend a vacation or romantic couples time. The owners are very nice, the campground is immaculate. Big rigs can fit. It is walking distance to the Embarcadero, on the water, where there are dozens of restaurants, shops and activities for all ages. We loved walking to Morro Rock then having dinner and cocktails. Price is right at $50 full hookups 30amp only. We are looking forward to future visits.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Not a love thy neighbor type of management. The worst experience I’ve had trying to give someone my money. The most rude and disrespectful establishment I’ve been to all the way up the coast. Preferred 4hr LA rush hour traffic to my brief conversation with the man who “manages” the place. Wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. Tiny little lot. Morro Bay RV is way closer to the beach, same price hook ups included, and they have the gift of kindness. God Bless America.

If you’re looking for a calm and clean place to stay, this is it. The owners are so kind and helpful and then location is amazing. Walking distance to everything! Super clean and always quiet at night. Couldn’t recommend a better place to stay in the area.

Love this park! Stay here every couple of years. Small, very clean and quite. Great walking distance to everything in town and Embarcadero.
