D K's Donuts reviews
8 Long-standing community breakfast staple. I remember I'd go to this place in high school back in the late 90s and early 2000s. Back then, along with the now shunted Broadway Bagel, DKs was among the most popular breakfast places in the area aside from the ubiquitous McDonald's or Jack breakfast.
I brought my wife here this morning, who originally hails from the East Coast, and has been craving a good breakfast sandwich/bagel. DK's certainly delivered, and she was happy with her selection. DKs is definitely still great place to snag a quick donut and hot breakfast sandwich.
Best selection for local fresh donuts. You have to go early and try this hidden gem in Arroyo Grande
Oh my goodness, the apple fritter is without a shadow of a doubt, the best I have ever tasted. Friggin' outrageously large, super super fresh, amazing texture and perfectly made!
Donut time & summer-time, pink-boxes and more pink. Donut-holes & live Rosin. Sundays & more donuts
Love DKs. Have come here for over 20 years. Moved away from CA and still come back whenever I'm in town.
Apple Fritter is the best "donut shop" fritter I've had to-date. This is a picture of my 2day old one. Still great
The last few years I’ve been seeking out the best donut places when I go to a new city- SF, Oakland, Portland, LA, SLC, Denver, NYC, DC. This has got to be one of the best in America, 10/10. Nailed the fundamentals, cronut is insane
Honestly, I'm okay with this place. I just don't think I'll go again. For a donut shop they were kind of expensive. It's cute that they do the fancy designs on the donuts and stuff, but they're kind of like any other donut shop. I can't say aside from the designs that they were any better or any worse than any other donut shop is all I'm saying.
