4It's loud at the time. The meals are really small. No outside food is allowed, though many have food. I got stabbed and my phone stolen off the charger in the same few hours. The staff now denies food.
Cleaned and well organized dining, rest room separated between male and female. The kitchen was well organized and cleaned well and maintained. Awesome.
I have heard from residents that it's very cold and the employees don't give you your mail. They have had things go missing. There's clearly not enough resources, and they seem to be last in line for food donations.
2 stars cause some of the people are nice.
I feel that the staff are rather hit or miss. Inconsistent behavior and rules. Very unaccommodating for some disabled issues. Beds are little more than a foam cushion over planks.
