Dahl's Motel, Oroville CA

Dahl’s Motel will surprise you. I’ve stayed in luxury hotel rooms that were not as clean and well maintained. Well done, folks.

We chose Dahl’s Motel as the most convenient place to stay during a two-day wildflower trip that included the famous North Table Mountain. It satisfied that purpose entirely. Carmen, the manager, was very friendly and accommodating and enthusiastically answered our questions about restaurants in Oroville. This is not the most elegant place and it is on a street that is busy during the day (but quiet at night) but it is good value and a good choice for staying in Oroville. The room was very clean and comfortable and everything was in good shape. Obviously, a lot of attention is given to upkeep.

The rooms were extremely clean. I don't know how they did it but there is a full kitchen which was very convenient Carmen the owner was an absolute Joy! I would definitely stay there again

Very clean, friendly, comfortable and well run motel. This is the best budget friendly place to stay in Oroville, it far exceeds the other motels in the area, and the rates are better. Our room was nicely updated, very quiet at night and we heard no noise from neighboring rooms. The fenced in pet area was great to have. Carmen gives excellent customer service and made it such a pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again.

I rented a room at this motel for a few nights in order to visit some friends although we come from Washington and attend a convention in Sacramento. I am pleased with our stay the room was clean and had no issues with it and was definitely worth the cost. The location is also great because there is an Applebee's across the road as well as a general store and gas stations down the road. Carmen is really nice and kind because asked me if we needed anything when I went to turn in our late arrival form. When/If we are ever in town again Dahl's Motel will definitely be my top choice.

I stayed there for one night. The room was very clean. The lady in the office was friendly and professional.thank you dahl's.

Why are all these comments about Carmen? Because she is an actual ANGEL! We were originally going to stay in Sacramento but even sitting on the bed scared me. We called Dahl's and Carmen- the absolute blessing she is, hooked us up! She got us set up with a beautiful room that feels like home away from home. She saved this whole trip and from now on we will only stay here at Dahl's!

Dahl's Motel is unlike other places to stay in Orovile. The staff is very polite and attentive. Customer service at this place is excellent. It is not cheap considering other nearby places available. The rooms are average, but they are very clean. That is a plus. If the prices were a bit more flexible for those wanting to have a longer stay it would, in my opinion, bring more people who are in town for longer stays. I had a very pleasant experience, however, and would definitely return.

Very clean and very nice staff and great prices and there always a room I love how it's close to most of the fast food places I like to eat and shop.

My stay was great! Upon entering and meeting Carmen - friendly, engaging, knowledgeable and long time area resident. Gave good info about nearby restaurants (which ones were her favorites).
The room were clean and smelled fres. The bathroom was roomy and clean with plenty of towels, etc.
Glad I selected Dahl, s. Looking forward to a return trip.
