10The staff is always rude! And they only give me like ten sprinkles every time I come here. I should not always have to ask for more. It's close to home, so I keep subjecting myself to this location, but I would rather drive 20 min away from now on than continue to deal with disgruntled staff
Excellent service, very friendly staff, here they do apply the rule "the customer is right" and not to mention the quality of the product, as always their snow is delicious
Ice cream come and Dilly Bars were delicious. I just scaled back to a simple ice cream cone and it was delicious too.
Went for a blizzard but was not as cold as it so pose to be. Almost came out the cup when I flipped it over.
Went and got 2 shakes.yeah they were busy. But why do I have to get a MIlky shake. I was drinking nothing but milk. Called and complained. The lady Still puts a ton of milk on the shake.like cmon.not coming back on Sundays forsure.
The snow was delicious but they didn't give me the top cream since they didn't have it and I wanted it with cream and they charged me the same
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL YOUR ITEMS! They were good so I stopped getting receipts. They forgot one item, called 9 times before I spoke to someone who told me to come in whenever I could to get it. Come back 2 days later and the manager I talked to said she didn’t speak to me and the cashier who always take my order (and did on the day of) said she doesn’t remember me. If your company needs $7 that’s fine but it’s the lying I don’t tolerate. I will be getting receipts, names, times and checking my order BEFORE I leave from now on. Just sad that they left a bad impression from lying.

Felt sorry for the one girl, having to mop, take orders, and who made my order to perfection.must be some kind of cheesy management to understaff like that. As for my food/service, I really can't complain.
