My son & I got some hot fudge sundaes & a dipped cone yummy in our tummy. I surprised my wife wife and she loved it too

@DairyQueen – Today I visited the drive thru of location at 25882 El Paseo, Mission Viejo, CA 92691 and I received the worst customer service. What was supposed to be a special trip to Dairy Queen for my 2 disabled brothers to celebrate their birthdays turned out to be every bit of disappointing. I ordered 2–4-piece BBQ Honey Glazed chicken strip baskets and was very clear to the cashier Yuri (Euri) that I wanted the strips covered in sauce and not just the BBQ dipping sauce. I also requested Dairy Queens new house dipping sauce, which I had to correct Yuri (Euri) several times as she continuously referred to it as “ranch”. Upon surprising my brothers with their highly requested lunch only to have them open it and their order be completely wrong. Seeing the disappointment on the faces of my 2 disabled brothers, I decided to call the location to see if they would correct the order only to be told by Yuri that I gave her the incorrect order and that I was at fault for placing the order incorrectly. I told her that I was clear of the order I placed as I wouldn’t not have messed up this specific request for 2 birthday boys with disabilities. She was in refusal of exchanging the meals to the correct meals or making the situation right in any way. My daughter also reached out to the location and spoke with a woman claiming to be a manager (Tasha) that told her she didn’t know the correct spelling of Yuri’s name and that she couldn’t give out the correct spelling of the name that would be visible on the employee’s nametag. If I had to rate my experience and tell a friend about Dairy Queen, I would rate it a negative number and suggest they take their business elsewhere. I always thought DQ was a family friend company that cared about their customers but based on the service I got today I was clearly mistaken.

This is the fourth time in a row they have messed up my order I was very clearRepeated it three times had them repeat it back to me. When I find out your mistake they want to charge me more. The people don’t seem to have much experience or to be well trained at all they’re nice but it doesn’t give me the food I want. Chicken basket is good.

Tucked into a one way fast food row. They have a busy drive thru but it will go fast. The staff are friendly and efficient. They even do the blizzard flip for you! Nothing beats a cookie dough blizzard!

You know who likes cold icecream on a hot day? Everyone. The drive thru line was long but it was worth the wait. They loaded up the toppings on blizzard too

They are top notch both in service and products. There food is also amazing! Please note that they are no longer carrying a fish sandwich.

Had a great time loved the chili cheese fries and dream ice cream. Have not had DQ in a long time but will definitely will be back soon.

Love it. We used the drive through and even though it was a line of about 15 cars, it was less than 10 minutes. Very tasty, and safe (everyone is wearing a mask and using gloves).

Waited in line for a long time during rush hour, but got my ice cream fast as soon as I pulled up to the window.

Dairy Queen is a great place to take the family, especially for ICE CREAM! My son had the Jurassic Chomp Blizzard and I had a vanilla cone dipped in butterscotch. It has fair prices and the items are very tasty. The staff are very friendly. I marked down one star because it was hotter than Hades in the store. It was 114 outside and probably 90 inside. The staff and patrons looked as if they were in a sauna.need to fix the a/c.

My husband and I first date spot was a Dairy Queen in Arkansas at UofO in Ozarks in 1972 Sept. We still go now near our home In CA. Just couple days ago we went here! Love the location.the Amtrack train passes by rightout front! We set out on the picnic tablets and enjoy & remember Our first time 45 yrs ago! December 28th 1973 when we married we always share!

Always friendly and communicative staff working to give out quality desserts whenever I am there, only complaint is the limited hours they are open at night.

I love the Blizzards but it sucks because this is the only DQ near my home and it's still a drive. The servers stay with an attitude and act like customers are a bother. At this point I don't really care, I just get my Blizzard and keep it pushin. Also why is the AC NEVER on inside? The owner needs to do some major management adjustments.

Friendly staff, clean restaurant, fast service and food/ice cream always taste good. Prices could be a bit better. Not sure if that is set by corporate or the franchisee.

We went to the drive-thru and got super rude service. We asked for hot fudge and got chocolate sauce and then lied to about it.: (

It's 8: 44pm now The drive through worker he has no respect to Anyone, I ordered two orders and he charged me for two I asked him where is the other order he jailed at my face and told me if u can't wait take ur money and don't comeback plus he charged my credit card extra money without my permission, this is a terrible service with no supervision, same worker jailed on us twice

You can't go wrong with DQ ice cream but the service was slow inside and the drive thru line was not moving.

I've never had to wait in a drive through line for more than 20 minutes in my life. And there were only four cars in front of me. This was probably the slowest moving line of my life and there was no way to get out. I've also never written to complain about service before but this was just a bit excessive

My 8 year old son wanted to order for himself and accidentally read the peanut buster parfait as peanut butter parfait. He asked for no nuts so basically we got a hot fudge sundae for double the price. When I went up, the manager added the whipped cream we paid an extra 40 cents for but didn't seem too concerned that he had wanted peanut butter sauce.
I was disappointed that they didn't understand they made him feel stupid. Why would anyone pay $2 more for a different cup? !?
