We go there to watch the houseless guys in the parking lot, change clothes clothes about 2p, while picking up Fries and a strawberry shake.

Walked up lobby was closed. So notice the guy ordering through the drive through. So I did as soon as your lobby open. Yeah, I'll open it for you so it wouldn't parked. My car asked why isn't a lobby closed? They're having homeless problems. Won't ever go back there again.

Ordered mobile order pickup, saw another customer try to go through door but it was locked. Drive thru staff said pickup was done in the drive thru. Burger is very cheesy and blizzard is great upside down. Very polite and friendly staff

How the heck can you call this "Grill & Chill" when you guys won't even unlock the doors so that people can order and eat inside? It's not covid anymore.it is just that people don't want to clean the inside.

Stopped for ice cream cone they gave me a cone with no paper wrapped around it and the cone looked like pieces were bitten off of it. Plus cold fries.

Went there for dinner had blizzards and chicken tenders tell them you don't want them hard.

No chocolate and the twist machine was down. Say What? Down for a month? Downgrade to Dairy Court Jester.

The DQ on Fruitridge rd In Sacramento is absolute garbage! The staff don’t know what they’re doing and even tho you repeat the order multiple times they still don’t get it and leave it off your order without you knowing

I haven't had a blizzard in forever and decided I was going to get one. I am excited to see the multiple new and different flavors DQ has now. They were out of Oreo which really was a bummer so I chose the birthday cake blizzard. It was tasty. I didn't care for the cake pieces but that's just me. I'm a texture person. The blizzard wasn't mixed enough as the bottom half of it was still plain soft serve. Other than that, the experience was good.

Yesterday my 98 year old grandmother found this hair in her shake after eating it half way not to mention the Asian guy working yesterday, his nails was filthy black with dirt under his nails handling people food with dirty nails and without gloves should be illegal will never buy anything from here again you lost a die hard DQ FAN

They did not have any strawberry for the cheese cake and they did not open until a few mins after 10: 30.

Absolutely ridiculous.given 3 times the get the order correct and in the end did not.after coming inside the store as well and waiting even longer for a single chocolates soft serve ice cream.somebody must be real retarted dairy queen on fruitridge not the one

Family faovirte while a little far from where I live its wroth the stop when I'm in the area.

I love the food here, the only issue I ever have is that times the person working the drive-thru seems as though they can't hear me when I am placing an order, to be honest, I am a rather loud person, So I find it hard to believe they can't hear me. They are polite and patient. My daughter LOVE the way when you order a blizzard, they hold the cup upside down and show you. So if you never order a blizzard from here, may I suggest you do, they have a lot of different flavors to choose from.

I've been going to dairy Queen since I was a little girl. There's no ice cream like dairy Queen! Everytime I go I try something new. Always delicious! And always with smile.
