I recently had the pleasure of working with Juliana Mora at DaTile and received excellent customer service. She was knowledgeable about their inventory and product offerings and provided a high level of professionalism throughout our interactions. Juliana also answered all my questions accurately, taking the time to explain each detail in depth.

Not only was she great at providing information and advice, but most importantly she was able to guide me through obtaining the tile shades and inventory information so that my tiles could be shipped to another location closer to my home.

For anyone needing tiling services or products, DaTile is undoubtedly worth considering — their customer service is top-notch! Juliana Mora's expertise was invaluable in helping me obtain exactly what I wanted for my project, and her responsiveness throughout the entire process definitely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them for any tiling needs!

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! If I could give no stars I would! They sold us tile that was a completely different size and would not let us return it! Some of the tile was cut uneven. Run away from this business. Their customer service is awful!
