First person I spoke to was rude. I hung up on her. I called back and was treated better. 2nd call was very helpful. Hopefully the repairs go well

Sales person was very kind and seemed genuinely trying to help us find a car for our price and even offered to put in an order for car and price we were looking for but the sales manager that did the negotiation (Gabe or Gabriel I believe) was very off putting, felt like he was rushing us trying to sell a car on the lot, low balled me on my trade-in by ~$1000-$1500 (I had an offer on the trade in not two weeks prior from another dealer so I knew roughly what it was worth) and was just generally rude. Ended up walking and not putting in any order mostly because of the manager. We were only asking for fair purchase prices off KBB which is updated weekly for cars in the zip-code but apparently that is too much to ask even though it accounts for current market conditions.

I recently had an excellent buying experience at Frank Subaru that was unexpected during the current vehicle shortage/microchip crisis. Although I had to wait 3 months for my Outback Onyx XT, I was able to walk in and out of Frank in less than 2 hours the day it was delivered. Denise and Moises were excellent sales staff and made the overall process very enjoyable.

Victor my advisor is always great. And I have been coming here since I purchased my car, and in the past I was so happy with everything that I even recommended to my friends. Here are my issues the last few times I have came. 1. I have had a problem with my radio Bluetooth since I purchased the car and the issue is not fixed. I have been told it’s under warranty but they have to actually have a video or be able to replicate the issue- but it happens only once a week or so. It occurs randomly. I feel like since I have brought it up 20 times it should just be replaced- I mean why would I want something replaced that works? I am starting to think I need to go to an audiologist to document my hearing loss from the issue. 2. They are starting to act stingy with Uber or using a courtesy car. 3. They no longer wash the car when they service it- apparently covid took that away and they are not bringing it back. I spend a lot of money there and so that bothers me- how cheap can they get! I hate to leave but I am definitely finding a new place to get my car serviced, and I am going to get a hearing test.

This visit was for an airbag recall on our Outback. The Service dept could not have been nicer or more accommodating!

Slow reception this time. I was there 5 minutes before my appointment, waited 20 minutes before attendant came out to collect my keys and information. Read the fine print, they sent me a couple coupons for reduced price on service but at the end they would only allow one coupon to be used! Not impressed!

I believe my service Dept gentleman was called Brian. He was extremely good at his job. Very polite but not overly so and very thorough at explain things.

I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to Frank Suburu for any of my car needs.

Couldn’t have had a better experience. Service advisor, Catherine, was professional and courteous. She kept me apprised of the work being done and updated me periodically on completion time. The work was done to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Frank Subaru for all service needs. I know that’s where I will be going for service from here on. My thanks to all for a job well done!

Frank Subaru is AWESOME called Katherine and she got me in for warranty work quickly. Katherine you deserve a raise! The place is clean professional and I definitely recommend them Great COSTCO pick. I have had my vehicle service done here and will be back.

The Service Department staff were GREAT and the facility was spotless. Warranty work was finished on time and communication with their staff was amazingly easy. I highly recommend this company and my next car purchase adventure will be started at Frank’s.

I was looking for a SUV and had narrowed it down to a Toyota, Subaru and Kia. Manny at Frank Subaru was very helpful and knew all the details about the Subaru SUVs. He was understated and I felt like we were trying to figure it out together.

Once I decided on a Subaru, I went to several other dealerships and felt most comfortable with Frank Subaru. The additional fees for delivery, prep, etc.were half what they were at other dealerships. Other dealerships included a bunch of stuff ($2K) that was standard but not wanted. Things like an extended warrantee on paint?

Manny was great. This is the second vehicle I have bought from a Frank dealership and they are good to work with.
