This is my second hiring Dan This time was for selling a home and he did not disappoint. In short, the sale exceeded my highest expectations. Having to move just about a year after buying a home, I expected to sell at a loss due to commissions, but due to some herculean efforts on my part and Dan and his team, I surprisingly made a small profit. We got the house on market in time, staged, and strategically priced the house. We found ourselves in a multiple offer situation, all above asking price. You have to give Dan a shot, if you have not already. There are of course no guarantees in real estate because there are always so many variables, but what Dan provides is assurance of demonstrated expertise representing you either as a seller or buyer and looking out for your interests.

What realtor you work with definitely matters! Theresa is the best agent I have ever seen. She showed me a lot of places and always fit my needs. Our family of five was looking for a home and we have already spoken to a handful of realtors. None of them were horrible, but they were okay- or so we thought. A friend referred Dan to me and my wife. We were moving from SF Bay Area to southern California. Our home buying experience was complicated by uncertainty in our work situation, plans to rent out our old home, and having to travel to tour homes.

Through it all, Dan was very patient with us and showed us what had to have been two dozen or so homes across six cities in the span of a few months. We even entered into escrow and decided to exit after property inspection.

Dan understands the game of buying a house. He understands the buyer's dilemma to weigh personal tastes with maximizing value/opportunities and the seller's interest to sell to a solid buyer, as high as possible and as quick as possible. He understands how to best, but realistically position a buyer throughout the process, from offer to close.

The opinions he offered of houses and their features were right on. He would speak to the good and the bad. We never felt that he was trying to sell us a house that was not worth it based on our interests.

We just moved in. I don't think we could have gotten this far if not for his responsiveness and accommodations. Overall, I felt he was on our side and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house.
