Nick (owner) was very knowledgeable and thorough! I'm a stickler for details and he set the bar for other estimators when starting the estimates. His team was clean and professional and little items that happened after the job (no job is 100% perfect) were addressed immediately and to my complete satisfaction. Arrived on time and cleaned up daily. He ended up being the least expensive of the bids but I went with this company as I was impressed with things he pointed out and the extras he would do that others never mentioned. I highly recommend and this is coming from someone who can be hard to please!

This is a fundamentally good company, I'm a long time customer, however my Trane thermostats keep failing, have had zero temperature control for over a week, Nick finally gets someone out, the next day another thermostat fails. I had asked them to keep these thermostats as simple and dumbed down as possible for operational ease, they didn’t listen then finally after months they decide to listen and simplify their programmability. When they keep failing and are glitchy I don’t think it is unreasonable to contact them, yes even on a holiday via text to suggest that I troubleshoot over the phone or to get some third party help. He says “I’ll get someone out next week”, so I guess that means no soup for me. I just want the things to work, and for that I pardonable sin I get “F” bombed by Nick over the phone. I’m told that I’m “entitled”, “I have my family to take care of” etc. The nerve of me to actually want functioning thermostats…WHEN ALL ELSE FAILS, BLAME THE CUSTOMER, works every single time. I truly hope Nick is well, there seems to be trouble a foot at this company, I don’t understand it. Things were better when his father ran the company. It is unfortunate. I’ve seen this movie a million times, things start slowly unraveling, a poorly run company will start standing in the moral high ground by hinting that somehow they have their own personal issues that supersede yours, worse, when they actually tell you what those problems are it’s time to run. A true professional would never ever do this. They would not interject their personal issues onto you. I like Nick but something is wrong, very wrong. Apparently I’m in the wrong to want HVAC after having zero control for a week, one wonders how much longer is acceptable, two weeks? Three? Very unfortunate, I did zero to deserve Nick Daniels foul language and vitriol, I just wanted help.

April 2023 Service tech Shane top notch! Installers Abud sp? , Angel and Javier were great! Showed up on time, it took 3 days total for the install, always cleaned up before they left the job for the day! I was amazed to see all they had to do and am so happy with the results! When having to contact the office they were so nice and professional! After all was done there were a few things I had a question about and Nick Daniels came out to my home, walked me through my concerns and just left me a very happy person! Thank you Daniels Heating and Air!

November 2023 System maintenance Shane was prompt on the job, checked all that need to be done for a new unit! All checked out good! See you for summer 2024! Thank you

Our AC just stopped running yesterday so I called Nick Daniels at Daniels HVAC to see if we could get someone out to service/fix it. I was thinking we’d have to wait a couple days but to my surprise he got us scheduled for the very next day! Shane was our service tech, very professional and he did a wonderful job, got our system up and running in a short amount of time. We love Daniels HVAC, we can always count on them whenever we need anything HVAC related and they are a company I am confident in referring to all my own real estate clients, family and friends. Just had Shane come out from Daniel's. He checked our air and heating sytems, together with changing our thermostats. Shane was polite, explained what he was doing. I was really pleased with the service and would highly recommend. Thanks also to Nick for setting this up for me.
