It is very unfortunate I have made multiple purchases from this location, in which I have always advised I did not want insurance on my purchases. This last purchase I decided to actually look at my statement to see I've been being billed insurance this whole time. So I just wanted to make others aware of this as I heard someone complaining about it which is why I looked. This will most definitely be my last purchase from Daniel's jewelry.

My husband and I took our babygirl to get her ears pierced for the very first time. Victor helped us so much. He was quick and answered every question we had. He also made us very comfortable by talking us through every step. Thank you for the amazing customer service.

Daniel's Jewelers is a rockstar! I was on the market for a pearl necklace but the moment he brought out a pair of diamond studs I was in love and forgot all about the pearls. I told Rafi my budget and not only did he come down in price to match it, but I was also able to get a diamond pendant in addition to the earrings. He custom made the pendant to match my grandmother's ring and I have been getting a ton of compliments on it!

I drop off my class ring like 3 weeks ago. I made a call to check on my ring and monica was very friendly and told me she would give me a call when my ring is ready.

I recommend them because they have a large selection of men's rings and they are willing to negotiate prices.

Bought an white gold ankle bracelet and 1 week later it broke I took it back to the store and they said they couldnt do nothing for me and if I wanted to get it fixed I had to pay some extra money. What kind of store won't do nothing for a costumer? Fist time buying jewelry and I'm disappointed.

Came pick up the ring today and they changed the price back up to what they had sold it to me for.super dishonest.

We purchased a wedding band, a few months after to small diamonds fell off. I took in for repair they gave me a price. The next day they called me and told me a different price. They also told me that it would be ready the following day. I didnt receive a call back. I finally called them back and they told me it was ready. Extremely upset with the service.

Great service! I went in to buy myself something for my 21st birthday as a first time buyer and Lizeth helped me and made my experience amazing.

Lizeth was the sales person who helped me. Very great customer service. Very helpful, very respectful with my purchase. I really recommend her.
