8First and last time visiting here. I was called fat by an employee and told I need to go walk more. All I asked for was a price on an engraved pendant.
Walked in started browsing for a good 10 minute and no one offered to help NOR were they busy with customers. NEVER going back
... They were really friendly... My friend got approval and she is rebuilding her credit... The manager and the salesperson were super helpful and courteous... Victoria and Ismael were amazing!
Walked out because instead of anyone offering to help us we asked for help. Red flag there. And the lady we asked had a huge rude approach. I refuse to do business with anyone like that

Stood around 20 + minutes for help to buy a $700 watch only to be told to go somewhere else because she didn't know anything about watches I was interested in. Terrible service. Not only that I was over looked for a couple who didn't want to buy anything. Only then was the sales lady willing to even speak to me. I had $1200 in my pocket to spend. Zales took care of me and gave me 25% off.
I absolutely love the staff here at Daniels they are so sweet and kind ive had an account open with them for about 1 yr now and have bought numerous items ive always been treated with the upmost respect. I mean there are times you may have to wait but thats just business.i love you guys at Daniels Jeweler's
The lady that was there yesterday was rude and has poor customer service. We walked in and she did not acknowledge us (we were behind her for like 3 minutes) She did not greet us nor ask if we needed assistance whatsoever. I’ll give this a three star rating because the kind older fella that was there helped me with my needs. There’s a good selection in jewelry I’ll tell you that. BUT That lady needs to get it together and make ALL customers feel welcomed and appreciated. Otherwise you loose customers. Thank you
