I been going to one specific store most of my time since I like the worker that always helps me, but since I moved too far from that location I had to change to this location.

I will only give 2 stars because Angela (the store manager) tried her hardest to help me but couldn't. I'll give these stars for her effort and she is a hard worker.worker Rowena is a supervisor in this location and handled my purchase. First told me my payments would be a specific amount monthly but if I put money down my monthly payments will be reduced, as I did. She lied to me telling me there is no promotion but the one they were promoting. (First lie)

(Second lie) when I found a promotion next to the register we were at, I asked for it and she mentioned I needed to add a protection plan to receive that promotion. I knew she was trying to upsale me but I didn't budge, I just said I'll call and find out. Which I did and Angela agreed Rowena wasn't suppose to do that and gave me the promotion I questioned.

(Third lie) after everything was set and stone I thought it was complete and no more issues until my first monthly payment came and it was not what Rowena said or promised. I paid an amount upfront to reduce my monthly payment and it did not affect it at all. I questioned Angela and she mentioned that Rowena supposedly offered me a credit card for the monthly payment I wanted which was another lie she came up with to try to cover herself. Rowena NEVER offered me anything close to that. The money was never the issue, the lies are what the issue was for me and I want to bring this to light before someone looses more money do to Rowena.

This is a quick summary of my month long process of figuring everything out and finding all the lies. If you go to this location. I highly recommend to talk to Angela the store manager. She will help you with great customer service and with the right policy under Daniel's jewelers. As for Rowena please be careful and keep an eye on all your purchases with her. I hope she changes her customer service and work ethic to be better, but I won't return to this store.

Hands down my favorite place to shop for jewelry. The service is outstanding, we cam here to get a repair done, and left more then happy with the help we got from Angela & Rowena, thank you girls. Long story short we went to the store on Sierra in fontana and it was a nightmare. The staff is really pushy and wanted to charge 3 times the price of what we got here at this store. They really do go above and beyond to get you the right price and service. I really do recommend this store for all your jewelry needs once again thank you girls!

This Danielle’s has a big selection of products and the staff is AMAZING. Angela (manager) is extremely friendly and helpful; she’s honest in what works and what doesn’t, and caters to your interest without breaking the bank. She’s polite with customers and with her co-workers, so it’s always very lively at this site.

Best experience I’ve had at a jewelers thanks to Derek who helped us. He had all the patience for my wife and helped us pick out the perfect ring. Derek went above and beyond our expectations in making what I thought would be stressful such a smooth experience. He went as far as helping us find something within our means. I highly recommend this location so that you too can be at ease. This is the kind of environment you want when shopping for your jewelry. Thanks again Derek

Thankful for my experience at this location thanks to the welcoming employees and the young man Derek who helped me find the perfect gift for my mothers upcoming birthday & a ring for my daughter. Super upset about my purchase bought a men bracelet took it to fit tighter receive it and in 2 days the hook broke. Ladies that work their not efficient

Angela L Store Manager has been an amazing person to help me with great customer service and experience above all she manage to help me with numerous jewelry and finances that fit my budgets but I highly recommend her for any merchandise

A truly pleasant experience, associates were really helpful, interested and caring in helping me to make my purchase, I left the store with a smile on my face and very happy with my purchase, and I will return to make additional purchases.

My fiance and I went in a few days ago to pick out wedding bands, upon entering the store no one addressed us or helped us, until I actually went over and asked someone to assist us. I picked out a ring and my fiance started the purchasing process, they asked immediately for his license, the whole time we were there they had it which was an hour, I asked many times since they had already pulled up his info if they could please return his ID because I feared we would leave without it, they stated they weren't done with it yet, we made our purchase and left, got 20 miles down the road before the manager called to state she had it, forgot to return it to us and we could come back and get it, I advised we were already too far away to make it back in time before closing, and we would have to come back to get it on the weekend, mind you we live 85 miles away from this store. Came back today to pick it up and no one in the store could find it, they checked everywhere, I noticed they had a stack of ID's in their lost & found section, I'm not one to jump to conclusions but every ID there was a person of color, including my fiancés, after 30 minutes or so and one of the associates letting us look through the ID'S that were there (which seems really unprofessional and unsafe btw) they finally found it and sent us on our way. I really want to know why they take peoples ID's for the entire time they're purchasing something, I also want to know why all the ID'S I saw were people of color and why there were other customers there purchasing items and they didn't ask for their ID'S. My fiancé and I wasted a whole day of our time and $30 in gas to go retrieve his license, we went to a competitor for his band and were treated with respect, not once were we asked for any identification even during the purchasing process. What we experienced here should have never happened! The whole process was agitating and upsetting and I feel my fiancé was profiled!

Omg. Once I pay off my account I am closing my account. An associate from Daniels called me to tell me they now had curbside service. They lied because curbside service is they bring it too you, not go park by Nordstrom’s rack and go into the mall find the security and wait there for them to bring you your merchandise. Either they don’t offer curbside service or just do not know what curbside service really means. If I didn’t have to give the star I gave they wouldn’t have gotten one they would have had zero stars.

Went into the store to browse, I knew my budget but the sales associate tried up selling. I found a ring I was interested in and was offered to apply for financing options. Staff needs to be trained better on their Financing options. I agreed to apply for one option and the associate ran my credit for two options. Although, I agreed to their leasing plan. Was told I had to sign a few things. I asked when the payments would be withdrawn from my account before agreeing due to the fact I’m paid biweekly, the sales Associate said it would be a bi-weekly payment, Not weekly. Which is the only reason I accepted it. Then I recently received a letter stating I own a payment to their retail credit card? Which I haven’t received a hard Physical card. Also, I told the associate I did not want to use the retail credit. Because the leasing plan offered enough to cover my entire sale.

They didn't even try to help me and my partner. We were going to make a purchase but after being ignored for 10 to 15 minutes, when clearly there were sales reps available, we just left. Will not be returning.

Terrible customer serivice. Lady told me 99.99 plus tax, its fine. Then she put hidden fees on the ring. Than had to go get it fixed since the stones fell off and their promise date was way off and they lost my ring. Go somewhere else.
