Daniels Tire & Auto Service, Orange CA

I went to them today based on an app I was referred to thru my insurance State Farm on Openbay. I had my oil changed and smog check even though technically they don't do smog checks at that location only the location in la habra.they accommodated me way above and beyond and honored the services. Frank was so helpful and professional I'd give him an extra star if I could. I would absolutely recommend them for any type of service you won't be disappointed.

A great experience, as usual. Frank is corteous and professional, and the staff is always great and trustworthy. The service is done on time, never any surprises, and you can count on them having your best interest in mind. I keep coming back to this shop for all these reasons, and I cannot recommend them enough!

I spoke to Frank and he treated me with total respect and professionalism. Also he was very attentive toward my requests. Customer satisfaction was fulfilled on my book.

Honestly the best service I have ever received with coming here. I came in two weeks ago to replace a flat tire and ended up replacing my back set of tires. All my tires were needing to be replaced but I was on a budget. Tony nicely recommended I rotate my back tires to the front as I have front wheel drive, until I could come in to replace the next two. They also helped me with finding a cost effective tire that would be reliable and had a great warranty. I came back in today to get the other tires done and was met by Frank. Frank kindly greeted me right away and knowing I was in a hurry coordinated with Fernando to ensure they could take care of me as soon as possible. I overheard Fernando mention he was about to take a break when I was walking into the shop but hearing I needed to be done quickly he advised Frank he would take care of me first. Frank, Fernando, and Tony are all amazing they went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my purchases. The staff at Daniels is knowledgeable, honest and make you feel like your valued as a customer. All around amazing service!

I dropped off my car for an oil change with Frank. Who by the way has the best customer service (Which is rare to find now a days)! And he let me know that I needed a couple of things and took the time to show me why I needed it. I’ve never been to a service shop that shows me the why and he did. I had asked them to do a tire rotation with my oil change and they said they would. I felt as though Frank was brushing me off. Come to find out after picking my car up they didn’t rotate. They are more concern about making recommendations to get other services done to my car. They couldn’t keep a straight face about the issues they recommended I get fixed. I left the shop feeling skeptical of getting my oil changed. I had to stop at a Walmart to inspect my car. It’s just shady.

I purchased tires for my 2018 Ram 2500, Just Tires steered me wrong on a set of tires last year then blamed everything under the sun for the tires failing. Tony was informative and appeared to know his products well. They did a great and thorough job. Customer service is a priority. Tony even went above and beyond when he brought me a chair to sit on when he saw me sitting outside on the ground. They have earned my future business.

They woudn't fix a flat they said to weathered $20/flat $10 mount a spare. Told them no thanx. Went to Costco they fixed 2 and rotated all Under warranty.

Super fast service and reasonable prices. Very convenient that they are across the street from Mall of Orange.

Service was professional and friendly. Needed 4 new tires and they started with the least expensive and next up offering the advantage of each. No pressure at all, just information allowing me to make a decision I was happy with. Tires were installed in very reasonable time. I would absolutely recommend them to others and will bring my car back as needed. What a difference compared to dealership service!

I went to Daniels Goodyear for tires and oil changes and the old management was great. I thought I would be a customer for life. Sad to say I had to find a new Goodyear. The new management is no where near customer satisfaction as the old one.

Just wanted to thank Tony and Sean for the great help and customer service you don't from most shops around. Also a big wuuu-wuuup for the tire and mechanics that work hard to keep us safe on the road.
