Called and was told I could be seen right away! Drove over and Jeff got my info, details about my issues with my brakes, keys, and went to work right away. A few hours later Jeff gave me a call, explained the situation, gave me the price of the parts I’d need plus labor (which was fair and affordable), and got my car all fixed up with new brakes by the end of the day.

I was able to drive home safe and sound the very same day and with a happy bank account on top. Daniel’s is my new go-to shop for my car. I know they’ll take care of me and my car with respect and integrity. Amazing experience.

We are new to this area and called a few tires shops for quotes, Daniel’s Tire shop had by far the Greatest Customer Service! Easy transaction from beginning to end. Jeff was attentive and extremely nice. The tires we needed were not in stock but he had them brought in same day and also installed them. Gained a customer for life.

I had a tire blow out which caused the control arm to need to be replaced - so glad I came to Daniel’s shop because this was done within a few hours and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend going to this business!

They use aftermarket after you agree to pay Original Equipment (OE). Its the difference between a few hundred dollars. I would never go back.

The first time I went in was February 2020 and Jeff from the beginning has been extremely helpful and professional. Has always been able to help me find solutions to any issues my vehicle was having. The reason I continue to go back is because of his service and expertise.

Daniel’s tire service is one of, if not the best, automotive garage I’ve been to. Every time I call there’s someone friendly and helpful there to answer. They get the job done quick and efficiently and it’s not gonna empty your pockets either. Jeff is one of the main guys you’ll be speaking to and he’s always a stand up guy. He won’t beat around the bush and is very knowledgeable on what he’s talking about. Can’t recommend this place enough if you need any service done on your car.

I needed extensive suspension work that was wearing out my tires prematurely and I needed to get to a work trip using the same vehicle by Friday. Jeff was able to get me the tires and suspension components to get me to where I needed to be safely. I could have done a lot of the work myself but what I was paying for is for the work to be done fast and right. Well worth the premium expense. I don’t have to worry about these issues for the next 50,000 miles. Again thank you Jeff for going above and beyond you didn’t have to and I very much appreciate it.

Definitely more than a tire store! It is hard to find a mechanic you trust. It's even harder to build a relationship between you, the mechanics and the vehicle. I am confident in just describing the problem, leaving my vehicle, and having them call me for approval of what they find. I've been more than satisfied with the competitive pricing, work ethic, the SERVICE and the PEOPLE here at Daniel's tires. Jeff is an exceptional manger who has his customer's best interest in mind at all times. They not only do great work on time, they warranty their work. As someone who use to work on cars, I can definitely recommend them without reservation.

I went in without an appointment, thinking I'd be there for hours waiting or have to come back, but they were able to look at my tire, replace it AND get an oil change in less than 30 minutes. Nice people; highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this operator. Well run shop, backed by a huge distribution center owned and operated by Daniel’s. This is not a “mom & pop” operation by any means. My experience started with an after hours call into Frank in the Orange location as i was scrambling for a set of new tires to get me on the road in the morning. Frank sent me to their Santa Fe Springs warehouse to pick up the tires, Miguel was super helpful, and got me out quickly to the Whittier store who immediately installed the tires and got me on the road by 9am.

Great service, from the service clerk to the tech guy. No B's**" straight forward information, they will go out of their way to get you the best deal. No extras, just what you came in for. If service can not be done, they will explain the situation, and give options. Very satisfy, will come back, for any repairs that I may need professionally done. If I can't handle it, this is the place to go. Thanks for your professional care, great attitude guys.
