Daniels Tire Service, El Centro CA

Sitting here in Orem, Utah, with 2 ruined tires having my truck’s alignment checked. Now last October we took the truck to Daniel’s for an alignment, which they couldn’t do because our control arms were worn out.
So they replaced the control arms and aligned it. Well, turns out that whoever did the work didn’t properly tighten the upper control arms on the passenger side, so instead of having 1/16” toe in, the truck currently has 7/8” toe in.
Please encourage your people to turn out good work as this has caused me to have to replace 2 tires bought in October, a 2nd alignment, but more importantly, they’ve cost you a return customer.
