Very unprofessional! My fiancée had a 3 pm appointment today, 3/14, to look at floral arrangements. This appointment was confirmed the day before. She arrived at the store at 2: 50 and no one was there. The store was closed. Tried calling but no one answered. There was no notice that the appointment was canceled.

I am not the type of person to usually write reviews but I am newly engaged bride-to-be. My mother and I are looking for florist for my wedding, we had a date set for March 14th 2022 at 3pm that the florist confimed our appointment via E-mail. We decided to look at this place based on the good reviews we have seen. We traveled from Castro Valley to Danville for this appointment. We arrived at the store at 2: 50pm to account for parking. When we arrived, the sign on the door said the store was "CLOSED". I went on to google and it said the store was open 10am to 3pm and after 3pm by appointment only. My mother called the store's number and there was no answer so we left a voicemail, we then proceeded to wait till 3: 15pm and still nobody showed up, by this time we still have not recived any call back or email from the florist.

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED at the service from this store, We had an appointment reserved and the person we were meeting with DID NOT E-mail, call or message us about if there were any issues with the date of our appointment.

So thank you for wasting our precious time and gas money.
You just lost a sale.
