Worst food imaginable. Daphnes will fail to give you half your order. Order pita and hummus? You won’t get the pita. Or the hummus.

And our order was ice cold and inedible.

We immediately charged back the entire order for a full refund.

Order from any other Greek place.

I've been a long time customer at Daphne's.
Am not sure if Daphne's having hiring problems, but it seems they're either lacking in staffing or they just have bad customer service.
Daphne's also used to have free small size tsatski sauce. Now they charge $1.65 for those. I don't know what happened there, but that felt like a complete rip off for the amount given. Also food takes a really long time to make, you gotta wait a while. Not pointing fingers but the staff who worked at the front (not the cooks) they seemed too unenthusiastic to be there.
Very disappointing experience.

I've never been disappointed in a Daphne's but this one was terrible. Could not understand why no one was there when we arrived. The food was terrible and the portions were so small for what we prayed. I have never had such bad service nor poor food at any Daphne's.

I was extremely disappointed in Daphne's. The resteraunt was empty a 6 pm. We looked at the menue and ordered. The food we were presented was nothing like the photo. For a meal it did not even meet an appetizer portion. For the prices what we were served was more than wrong. The humus a pita bread was shocking. It was a three ounce plastic cup for the humus and half a pita bread. For almost 5 dollars this was shocking.
I never recommend not experiencing a restaurant that has healthy choices. But in this case. I highly recommend choosing another restaurant who gives you quality and portions for the money. I understand after ordering and receiving our food why we were the only patrons there.
It grieves me to give such poor facts of our experience but I do not wish for anyone to be spend hard earned money on poor food quality and portions with terrible service.
I truly am shocked with my Daphnes experience. For cancer patients with food restrictions like me. Please consider other healthy options.

The chicken was awful and cold, the steak wan mediocre, my wife says it’s the worse falafel she’s ever had, there’s just no doctoring this cold $50 slop up, worse Greek food I’ve ever had.

The prices keep going up, the quality basically doesn't change. Still, not a lot of other options for its type of food, and the quality is still good.

The service is friendly and efficient. The food is good. A touch salty but I'm sensitive to that. For the price it's great, but I'm not going to rave about it.

Only Greek place that doesn't offer tasiki you have to pay extra. Go to Baja fresh instead

I used to love this place, but customer service is not the same. I went today with my grandma and they did not acknowledge we were there. We waited for at least 5 minutes and both of the waiters were right there in front of us. A lady with black apron was checking the bills or probably closing, but that does not mean she should ignore clients. While I was waiting for my food, I saw other people showing up and they left because nobody greeted them. So sad, because the guy at the kitchen works hard to have the orders ready. I also ordered 3 plates and only got one. I had to wait for the other 2 while the man that works at the kitchen was on his break. When I got home I found a long hair inside the food. Both ladies were not wearing a hat nor covering their hair.

They lie about their delivery. They lie to customers all the time. They charge extra for every little thing u ask for. Their food is tasteless as is and u would assume they would atleast have good customer service; but no they do not. Very expensive for no reason, save your money and time and go somewhere else. The worker in the front Beverly is her name. She doesnt even know how to speak properly nor speak proper english. She talks over the customers and also doesnt know how to answer the phone correctly. When u try to ask if your order is ready she starts talking about random other stuff and not your order. I had to tell her 3x my name and my order for her to understand what i was saying. People like that are not people person and should be in the back of the restaurant or a janitor cleaning the tables. Not all the way in the front trying to take orders incorrectly. In the beginning when i was first ordering i had to tell her literally 5x what i wanted to order and they still got my order incorrect.

I'm so sad our location shut down, their food is amazing and always great when we need to make additions to our orders. Delicious and quick.

Was a very special day my son was visiting we Took a lot of consideration on what food and from what establishment in the end the picture on the left the representation on the right what I received need I say more zoom in and look at the pieces of land that I have old dried small I say boo to this place

We haven't been here for a while, but we will be coming back sooner than later. It was a bit of sticker shock at first. Lunch for two and a large soup was almost $40. However, the portions were quite large and it turned into 2.5 meals for both of us. So, overall no complaints.

Friendly service, clean dining area, and good food. Open till 9 pm not 7: 30 like the map says.

Came to this place for a meeting. The place was not crowded at all, the people seem to enjoy this place. The food looked great.

The food is very fresh and the staff are great. Be patient, the food might take a little longer.so sit back and chat with your family while you wait.

We decided to eat at this place is clean costumer services is good plus no one waiting I thought was a good thing I order fish chicken and other stuff well this place is expensive my fish was horrible I couldn't eat it my son didn't like his food either it is way to expensive for the cualitty of food.
