My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Dave over the last 10 years with purchasing and refinancing our home. Dave and his staff are knowledgeable and professional. From the beginning to the end, Dave walked us through the process, always explaining difficult financial terms in easy-to-understand language. He made sure to find us a reputable lender at an excellent interest rate, saving us hundreds of dollars a month, even lowering our mortgage term. He is informative and extremely thorough, and attentive to his client's needs. We appreciate everything he did for us, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking to obtain financing.

Dave did a great job, he was highly responsive and drove the process to get a close 10 days earlier than expected. He navigated any small issues professionally and ensured the process worked smoothly from beginning to end.

My experience with Dave and his staff for my first time home purchase was for lack of a better word, fantastic! I was nervous about the experience, as, it was my first time but he helped me navigate and understand the process better. I could call anytime and he was very communicative throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dave from RPM Mortgage, he made sure if I had any questions/concerns that he was available. Do yourself a favor and go with somebody who is on top of things. If I were to do it all again, I would come sprinting back to Dave!

Dave and Donna were fantastic. We were starting the refinance process with Dave when my existing lender offered a fee-free adjustment of our mortgage rate to a lower rate (not lower than what Dave was able to find). We made the difficult decision to go with our existing lender, and stepped away from our refinance with Dave. He was very professional and understanding during this process, even though he and Donna had already expended time and resources on navigating our refinance. As interest rates continued to plummet, he reached back out to us. We let him know that if interest rates hit a certain percentage, then it would be worthwhile to go through the refinance process. Sure enough, a few weeks later, he followed up and was able to deliver on an amazing rate with reasonable fees / costs. In the midst of this process, there was a housing boom in Tahoe (he's got a broad reach beyond San Diego), and he was able to find the ever elusive appraiser to keep us on track to close the refinance. He was responsive, professional, informative, and continued to keep us up to date as things progressed. I would highly recommend.

Dave did an amazing job getting me a loan in record time. He is very easy to work with and really knows what he is doing. I was a first-time home buyer and was able to easily understand the load process thanks to Dave. I would definitely use him again. The terms of the loan estimate were clearly laid out and I am happy that I chose him.

I highly recommend Dave to anyone who is planning on purchasing a house. Here are a few reasons why:
very clear communication as to what the process of financing a mortgage consist of.
- very available and very responsive.
- make us feel comfortable throughout the process. We never felt that there were dumb questions. We never felt that it was not ok to ask the same question multiple times.
- very resourceful. Dave helped us finding solutions to close our escrow despite circumstantial difficulties.
- last but not least, Dave and his team are very friendly!

This is the second time we are working with Dave and I must say that we are more than satisfied once again. This time we worked with Dave for a refinance. All of the above is of course still true, Additionally some extra highlightt:
- Honesty and reliable advice: Dave helped us estimate the cost of refinance and quickly evaluate whether it is worth it. The numbers Dave gave us were very accurate before and after running our credit.
- fast, no non sense: Dave always gave us easy to understand instructions, let us know quickly when we had to sign document and was always available to explain us the details if we needed.
I am 100% sure that I will contact Dave again for any real estate financing related issue.

5 stars is not enough. Purchasing a home, especially your first, is a stressful process. Working with Dave and his team was by far the easiest part for us. Dave communicated clearly, was quick to respond, and took as much of the burden off of us as possible. I would encourage anyone looking to purchase a home to reach out to Dave.

We cannot say enough good things about Dave! He is very professional, efficient, and go far beyond the extra mile. Dave made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He handled things quickly and efficiently, answered all our questions, and made our first home buying experience a more positive one. We closed in less then 25 days, and the process was so much easier then we thought it would be for purchasing our first home. We can’t recommend them enough!
