David's Bridal Mission Valley CA

We loved David’s bridal! Reene and Elaine were so wonderful. My fiancé and our both found our dresses! Very excited for this and made this stressful opportunity feel easy.

Joana Moreno was amazing! She was an absolute gem in helping me find my dream wedding dress. Her genuine care and expertise made me feel like a cherished bride-to-be. Thank you so much for being such an amazing employee!

Olga was so sweet and picked out the perfect dress for me! She’s amazing, even picked out shoes and a tiara that were great on the first try. She’s amazingly talented and intelligent. She speaks many languages as well which was so helpful. Thank you so much, Olga.

If you like your bridesmaids, please choose another store to shop for dresses in than David's Bridal. If you absolutely need to because you foolishly believe it's your best option, try the Santee location!

- Mission Valley staff arrived late to work and I stood outside for my 10: 30 bridesmaid dress appointment, waiting for them to clock in.
- I found very few options for a curvy woman. The dress I viewed on their website that looked like it would offer coverage on my bust was in store but only in a size zero.
- I asked if they could look up stock at another David's Bridal store so I could try on a dress in my size, the consultant said no, she couldn't.
-After trying on the dress in Santee (they're lovely!) I found it necessary to make a change to my dress order that I had placed only an hour before in Mission Valley. My consultant in Mission Valley said I couldn't, the customer service help line said they couldn't, then the store manager for MV said yes and exchanged my dress size to the appropriately fitting dress size and texted me a receipt.
-A few weeks later, I received a confirmation text stating my dress in the appropriate size came in early. When I picked up the dress from Mission Valley, it was in the wrong size.
-Customer service said they could not help, the store in Mission Valley said I could come in for an exchange. I have zero faith that this store will give me the proper dress size so I'll be showing up to the wedding in a loose-fitting dress.

Olga was amazing! My daughter needed an ivory ball gown for an event. While she looked beautiful in all of the dresses that we chose to try on, it still looked like a 16 year-old in a wedding dress. Olga brought over another option that was absolutely perfect! My daughter felt great and it was more age appropriate. Thank you Olga:)

Went to the David’s bridal in Mission Valley and we had a great experience, Darby helped me pick the perfect dress for my friends wedding. She took my measurements so I could know my size and helped me find dresses that would be flattering, also helped me pick out some shoes so I could get a better idea of the dress would look on the day of the event. She mentioned it was her first day working solo, I couldn’t believe it, she was so good and made us feel so comfortable, she was knowledgeable and attentive. And I never felt like she was pushing me to pick a dress. I walked out with a beautiful dress and shoes and she even set an appointment to get it tailored. Very happy with my overall experience.
