David's Bridal Murrieta CA

I was told to go elsewhere, but David's Bridal was only about 10 min from my house. I'm not sure why my friend recommended the other store, but said nothing negative about any other bridal stores. Well, from the moment I entered David's Bridal and tried on about 5 dresses, to the moment I left with my altered gown. I was given great service and breakdowns on alteration costs. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable, I was able to buy a discontinued dress at an amazing price (but needed alterations as sizes run about 2 sizes smaller), and my bridesmaids easily found a style of dress they really liked. The alterations department was especially helpful and really made sure my dress fit perfectly. They were able to add a corset (and several sizes) in the back of the dress so it could fit around my bust through waist. They did a wonderful job. I'm so happy with the results!

Giselle was absolutely amazing. She made sure I got the styles I wanted and made me feel very comfortable. She knew exactly what she was doing and I am so glad she helped me pick out my dream dress! Thank you so much!

Emily was awesome. She was super helpful, sooo sweet, and she helped me pick the perfect dress for my wedding day! She listened to me and understood exactly what I liked and helped me pick the most beautiful dress, shoes, and veil!:)

This was my very first bridal dress appointment, and I had such a wonderful experience. Emily was an amazing consultant. She really listened to what styles I was looking for. I loved every dress she had picked out. I had a great time working with her!

Everyone was so amazing! My entire experience here was the least stressful part of my wedding planning. Everyone I met at David’s Bridal was so sweet and helpful. The alterations department especially! 10/10!

My sister is getting married Oct 8th we went there for maid of honor dress mother of the bride dress and my daughter a dress as she is at the guests book table. Maricela Arana and her employees went out of there way to help us in between their appointments. We did not have an appointment but they made sure we were taken care of in between those appointments

All 3 of us walked out with our dress please come to this store its awesome

I’ve had a great experience at the Murietta David’s bridal. Today I had my alterations appointment and I am really happy with what we are doing with my dress. I can’t wait to see the end product! Everyone I’ve interacted with was so nice and made me feel comfortable.

Each time I came in, I was greeted and welcome with a smile. There was no lack in their customer service and the experience they provide.

I purchased a bridesmaid dress for my sister's wedding. We were giving several options to choose from. Although I didn't necessarily need help trying on the dresses, I appreciate that someone was there to help zip me up and provide feedback when needed. Once I decided on a dress, it was priced very well.

Although, I think the alterations are a lot higher than they should be, the alterations were good. The ladies did an excellent job helping to make the dress fit how I wanted and they were very open to making adjustments during my fitting and at pick up. Overall I am very happy with the full service received.

Oh my gosh when you can go to David’s Bridal and meet friends that you didn’t even know that you were missing from your life Olga was absolutely amazing she made me feel comfortable and found the perfect dress for me and the store manager was a sweetheart this David’s Bridal gave me a warm welcome and we’re wonderful at what they do!?

It was my first time trying on wedding dressings and of course I was nervous. But Jillian at the Murrieta location was literally the best! She was very helpful, very comfortable to work with, and made it a great experience! Definitely will go back to her when making my finally decision!

My sister (MOH) ordered a dress that took over a month to arrive. It shipped to the store, not her home. They did not have her size or color in the store to try on, so she had no choice but to order it. Fast forward a month - (today) she arrives at her appointment as soon as the dress gets there. The color and fit were not as we had hoped. The manager will NOT let her return the dress. They said she had 7 days after purchasing…. But how can someone 100% commit to a purchase when they don’t even know the color or size in person on their body? She didn’t even leave the store with the product yet, and asked them to please return this BRAND NEW dress because it wasn’t going to work. This is a completely ridiculous term and condition of sale. We will have all of our bridal party and any guests purchase elsewhere. Azazie and Birdy Grey have great selections, and don’t force customers into absurd purchases when the product doesn’t even arrive within the return policy window. Absolutely insane. $150 wasted for a dress. I was actually about to purchase a reception wedding dress from here, along with bride accessories, shoes, leather jacket etc. Thank goodness we had this horrific, terrible, unprofessional experience before our family spent ONE MORE PENNY at this place.

It’s unfortunate when a place that is known for providing dresses for events such as weddings has a terrible refund policy. How can anyone commit 100 to a dress they have yet to try on? This is what happened to the MOH for the wedding we are in. The color and fit isn’t what we expected when trying on the dress in the store. The MOH tried to return the dress the same day it was received in store which was also the day she tried it on but was denied. What kind of policy is that? Unfortunately this has happened to me as well. This is why I will never shop there or recommend anyone else to either. There are so many great places to purchases dresses for your events that allow you time to try on the item and return/ exchange with no issues and a very quick turn around/ delivery period.

I went to David’s Bridal in hopes of finding the perfect Mother of the Bride dress, and Emily Peters did an amazing job of finding just that! She is so kind and takes her time to make sure you feel comfortable in the dress that can possibly be “the one”. She pulled me lots of jewelry pieces that matched my dress and different accessories I didn’t even realize I needed. I highly recommend Emily if you’re coming to David’s Bridal! The whole staff was very kind and it was such a nice environment. I will definitely be back!

Emily was a wonderful consultant. She helped me and my friend find beautiful bridesmaid dress that would come in a short time! She also helped my Mom find a mother of the bride dress she felt comfortable in. She found dresses and sizes for us to try and made us feel comfortable!

Everyone at this David's Bridal was beyond helpful and so nice. But I must say I'm very insecure about myself and Norma was amazing, I felt so comfortable with her. I really appreciate all you did and how kind and thoughtful you were. Thanks so much!

I brought my daughter in just to look at dresses and get ideas.but with the amazing help from Norma my daughter found her dress! Norma was so helpful, sweet and amazing customer service! We felt so comfortable with her and so happy it all worked out that we had her as our bridal stylist! Thank you Norma we appreciate all your help!
