I had a wonderful experience here with advisor/stylist Jessica. I brought my own dress in for alterations but also left with a veil that I absolutely love. Jessica was very helpful with suggestions and helped me try on shoes to find a height that went well with my dress. I’d recommend this location to friends and family. Thank you!

Fely (seamstress) & Basmah (stylist) are the ABSOLUTE BEST! They each made the experience so welcoming, and they know how to make your body look so good!

Both were very patient and listened to my concerns.

Basmah gave me a ton of good tips about dresses and I love how she asked open-ended questions to truly gauge my own style.

Fely kept my insecurities in mind and provided GENIUS solutions to tailor my dress - her tailoring makes me feel SO ready to be a bride! Plus she taught me how to walk in my gown, bonus points for her being so caring!

Staff was also very friendly and organized. Save yourself a ton of stress and go to DB at Pinole! And ask for Basmah to style you, and Fely to tailor you!

This location is the epitome of customer service. Brianna was born to run this store. From the moment I came in I was stressed. I was going through another location and had difficulty with Alterations. She swooped in and recovered what felt like the worst experience I had ever had. Got my alterations done in time, ordered me a brand new pair of shoes to replace my damaged ones, and was there every step of the way until the end. My wedding just happened and I wanted to come back to leave this review so that everyone knows how amazing Brianna and her store is! Please, if you have any doubt about shopping here, don't! I've had nothing but great experiences at this David's bridal. I got my dress here from Jessica which she was great and helped me find my perfect dress. I got my dress altered somewhere else and was in serious need for fixing a few other things on it with two weeks left to spare I had an amazing person Jely in alterations answer the phone. She was able to get me in in 10 minutes after my call and helped me with everything that needed to be altered and also made recommendations that made the dress for me even more beautiful and myself. I cannot thank you both enough!
