David's Bridal Santee CA

Went in for my first appointment and everyone who assisted me was extremely welcoming. I had a very pleasant experience and will be coming in soon for my second appt!

Julia was beyond amazing! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. She seriously made finding a bridesmaid dress a breeze. Thanks again Julia for your awesome customer service!

Traci in the Santee store was so sweet and didn’t make me feel pressured at all. I have been in other Davids in San Diego and have always left feeling like it was a sales competition, today was so wonderful and friendly! Love this new location too! Obviously this manager loves her staff well!

Great location! The building is new and clean and they have great new products in store. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
We originally bought a dress from the Murietta location, which was old and run down and had very few selection of dresses. They didn’t have the correct size so we asked if Melissa could call other locations to see if they would have it in the right size. She said she called and that no one had it. So we bought the dress, next day we took it to alterations to get tailored, the tailor found blood stains, multiple white stains all over the dress, and that it has previously been worn an altered. None of which was disclosed to us at the time of purchase, we paid full price. So, we then went to the Santee (as we live in El Cajon) location to see if we can get this worked out. Turns out, they had the dress, in the size we had requested, that Melissa from Murietta said no one had. In brand new, pristine condition. Tracy & Bailey I believe were the ladies helping us and they were great! They were able to pull some strings for us and exchange the stained old dress for the brand new one. Great help, and great attitude! All together an 100x better experience than the Murietta location. Taylor also helped us checking out and she was great as well. 10/10

Alexis was the best stylist ever she helped us after having a hard experience trying to find bridesmaid dresses!

Cara did a great job with helping us find the bride’s dress styles. She was helpful with bringing in other ideas as far as what would make the dresses look better and bringing new dress styles to the fitting room as the bride was figuring out her style of gown. Thanks Cara!

I went to look for a bridesmaid dress today and was unsure where to start! Tiffany helped me pick out the perfect dress. Thank you for your guidance and expertise in what to look for when shopping for a special occasion! The next time I have an event/wedding I will be back.:)
