My Lhasa poo, Baby Suri, was taken to them for grooming at 1: 30pm. I called at 3: 00 and she was not ready yet. Finally they called at 8: 30 to pick her up. She did not eat that night and the next day she was so sick that we rushed her to VCA and I found out my dearest was suffering from Pneumonia. I implored them to save her at all costs! She passed away at 10: 10 pm the same night! I called the groomer the next day and told her what happened. I asked her why would she keep an elderly dog for several hours and how was she treated that she died right after? ! She could not give me any solid answer. I was so bereaved that I had no power to fight. I told her never keep an elderly dog for so long that will end in their death. I am not sure that she quite understood the significance of our dog to us. Suri was an extremely sweet and a beloved member of our family, her loss is felt everyday. If you care and love your dog DO NOT take your dog to them. Suri's regular groomer was Vicky's Pet Chalet, excellent place, unfortunately they had no time for her! I wish I had waited. One star rating is too good for them.

Dawn's pet palace was a wonderful experience. My dog was treated well and returned clean, soft and not shaky, (like little dogs do). Nicest staff! Bring cash. Cards not accepted. A lot of cute accessories for your pet abound inside Dawn's amazing pet palace. Thank you all. We will return!

We have taken our little black terrier Rasty here for several years. We have never been disappointed. Dawn and her team do excellent work and are kind to our pets. Good place!

They are great, and have Done miracles with my difficult and too vicious to groom Pomeranian. They are the only ones other than myself my dog Lilo trust enough to groom him even the people at the vet clinics couldn't get
