Days Inn by Wyndham Oroville reviews
12Good price but rooms ain't getting cleaned properly. Stains on pillows, walls, and shower curtains
There is some noise during the night from vehicles and a lights get between the curtains a little. The room was very clean just some old seams. The bed was comfy. I felt my care was pretty secure and backing it up to a storage container and it had a good few view of it from my room.
The remote and tv didn’t work good. Something was broken because the tv show kept pausing. Beds were comfy.
The room was clean. They let us check in early with extra charges. Not in the best part of town but not to bad.
Amazing hotel. Rooms are always very clean and the owner is one of the nicest most caring managers of any hotel I have been too. I Love this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.
The bed was very comfortable, very needed after such a long drive. The room was simply but attractively decorated, another very soothing touch. My son enjoyed the pool, that gave him a change to calm down after a hard day.
Rooms were spacious and clean with the exception of a few stains on the carpet and the parking was very limited with lots of trucks and service vehicles. Beds were comfortable and location was quiet, which was great. Breakfast was extremely limited but had cereal, coffee, juice and a few pastries. Staff was limited and not to friendly or welcoming but overall we were pleased with our stay as we were in the area for a event, the location was perfect for us and very convenient.
Missed understanding but he was still very rude for I thought I had a reservation made it on the phone when I got there I did not have anything and they already took my money. I was evacuated from the Dixie fire had my family with me the man said to me what do you want me to do build you a room my adult son almost went through the window at him but his 6-year-old artistico son was standing there the man was very rude to all of this but like I said it was a misunderstanding with the person on the phone her money was given back to my account and we found another room we could stay in for the night been driving all day trying to find a way out from the fire thank you
Clean comfortable beds nice table and chairs. Would stay here again if we ever come back this way.
This property exceeded our expectation. The room was newly remodeled and clean. A stain on the carpet was the only issue and the size of the room is also why the FOUR stars. We did not do breakfast, so no opinion on that. We had a great night's sleep and will stay at this property in the future.
The gentleman up front was very rude, when I finally got my room (20min) because he kept answering the phone and taking care of them and not me.
The room smelled like smoke and when I said something to him the reply in not so many words was take it or leave it with no refund.
Phenomenal customer service! Comfy rooms, nice hot shower and plenty of TV channels. And of course, every employee wore a mask ️️
