Days Inn & Suites Lodi

It's unfortunate how bad their service is. I understand that system errors can happen but to not try to resolve the situation and then to lie. The manager stated they received a call from the room but yet how did they when the guest was already at work clocked in and no one was in the room.
There are ways to professionally handle situations and then there are these guys. Pay the extra $20 and go to the holiday inn. Don't try your luck here.

Worst service. Rude workers.dirty rooms.roaches. Crack heads hang out at night. Rooms are no smoking but smells like cigarettes. Tv didn’t work. Do not waste your money.

Exceptional, customer service, friendly staff, and very clean rooms and continental breakfast.

Due to power outage in our home north of Lodi, CA, we stayed at this motel for 2 nights. Accommodations were excellent. The motel was nearly full, but relatively quiet & very comfortable. I would go back again.

We arrived very late with our child. We were all very tired had been on the road for 18 hours. The check in was smooth and quick and the front desk gentleman was super nice! He was the only hotel that i called in the area that so nice so late and night. The beds we so comfortable and the decor was well put together. Would stay here again.

It is supposed to be a pet free hotel. They allowed pets in all the rooms and my husband is allergic to dogs. When I inquired why this was they said all we wanted to be nice. The bath tub was slippery and when we required a bathmat they had none. The breakfast was a bag breakfast and there was no place to sit. It was loud there were parties at the pool. And it’s between the freeway and train tracks so it was loud for that never again will I be there

This hotel was awefull. I had holes in my sheets. The floor was dirty, especially in the closet. There was a burn mark from a cigarette on the toilet seat. The non smoking room smelled like smoke very much. They had to let us in our room because they were changing the lock on the door next door to our room. So they had to make our keys and bring them up to us. Hair dryer didn’t work.

My girlfriend and I have stayed here 2 times now in the room with the Jacuzzi in the room. Another night in one of the other rooms.we have never really had any problems other than the AC not working barely at all. That was in one of the other rooms. The one with the Jacuzzi, the AC works great and the bed is alot more comfortable. Well we checked in pretty late around 11pm and we woke up late because of how late we stayed up the night before. We called down for a late check out and the counter lady Stacy said absolutely not you have 15 min or we will charge your card another fee. That's absolutely crazy.needless to say we will no longer be staying there or referring any of our friends. To top it off the lady had a very rude and unprofessional attitude about it. There was no need for it we would have been out fairly quick anyway but. I have never had a problem asking for a late check out at any other hotel/motel that we have ever stay at.

My sister and I were looking for a fun way to beat the heat. The Great Wolf Lodge is way too pricy!
We talked to Melissa at Days Inn and knew we'd be in budget! Not only Melissa, but each staff member we encountered was just the nicest! (Front desk and cleaning)
My sister was not too keen on the neighborhood, it's rife with homeless and less than savory characters. We locked the car doors and nothing happened.
Melissa so kindly got us a room close to the pool. The room smelled so beautifully fresh when we walked in. The room was so clean! Obviously it's used things but they were all functioning. The mini fridge was a perfect size for our drinks, snacks, and left over pizza.
The pool was sparkling and refreshing, which is just what we had hoped it would be. There was another family staying just for the pool. They said they were having a good time too.
Breakfast was in a brown paper sack, perfect quick bites for a timely check out. We enjoyed the breakfast!
Thanks Days Inn staff for making our staycation a great one!

My overall rating of this place is a 3 star ONLY because of a few certain things. TV was inoperable, can't have a hotel stay with no TV amenities. Patchwork for drywall in bathroom was low budget seems to be a trend in Hotels I've stayed.get a better Handyman to do work on your rooms the other guy ain't doing a good job. Bathtub discolored and shower head has red mold on it. Refrigerator did not work at all.
The Staff super nice and attentive definitely 5 star service from them but overall rating based on stay experience and room quality I stick with 3 stars

Deceptive online. Not in a great location, smoke shop, tire shop nearby etc. Old, run down, very old smelling, 1950s house smell. Bathroom so ratty. Toilet dirty. Not worth the money. Please renovate this place. Regret booking.

Desk lamp didn’t work, Wifi kept disconnecting, no plastic glasses, noisy, train somewhere in the area, could hear through our door the guy talking on speaker phone on the stairs, pillow case on bed dirty. Nice staff at the front desk. Never staying here again for $176 a night.

They give you no Wyndham upgrades an no late check outs. The showers suck at best, also rude management.as my husband fell an sprang both angels wanted a ground floor room as he could hardly walk they charged 20 dollars more to give us a ground floor room! Go some place else!

Liz at reception was super friendly and helpful. Good location. The room was okay. The tub was peeling. There was no fan in the bathroom. The small fridge wasn't cold enough. The window didn't seem like it was closing properly. But the window did close. The curtains didn't close all the way.

For the most part it was decent. Took forever checking in. Other than being in a somewhat sketchy area, it was ok. Housekeeping and front staff were nice and honest. Thank you for allowing us to stay and your hospitality. If I ever come back again I'll make sure I book right this time.

We came to visit relatives in Lodi. We decided to give Days Inn a try. We are glad we did. The staff treated us nice. The property looked clean and kept up. Our room was both spacious and clean. The room looked like it was recently remodeled.we will be back.

It was very clean but and this is a big butt, the train goes by three times a night. My bust, should have noticed bring earbuds.

The room wasn't clean and not properly equipped (towels, toilet paper). In booking it was stated that breakfast is included but in fact only pick up bag was provided

Exceeded my expectations! Great welcoming staff and the room was cleaned to a T. I was quite impressed by the overall offering and size of the room. Pillows were comfy and it was a great spot to stay for an overnight work trip. Got things done in the morning on their wifi and close to the nice food spots downtown. Thanks for the great stay.
