I used this company, they sent out two girls that were almost 3 hours late, showed up with their two kids so my wife ended up watching their toddlers while they cleaned since they were crying and crawling around.
Then after that we tried to cancel the monthly charges and of course no answer to calls or voicemails, no chat support, and of course an error kept occurring on the website no matter which device I used.
I finally called my bank to get this cancelled out
