Dazzling Nails and Spa, Brentwood CA

So I would give this place a five star if only they honor appointment times. I have been coming to this place on and off for like 2 years and they only reason I keep coming back is what ever is in the products they use on a pedicure leaves my feet so soft for weeks. But with that being said I always call and make an appointment with them because not only do I go buy I bring my 2 daughters with me. But it never fails, I get there and have to wait from anywhere from 15 to 30 mins before I can begin my service. One time I just walked out cause I sat in the water for like 45 mins and no one had even started on mines or my daughter's feet yet. I know that the salons are trying to make the most money in a day (and I'm sure they make good money cause their pedicures aren't cheap either) but if I make an appointment them I should be priority over someone who just walked in. But like I said I get I always seem to find my way back cause I like their pedicures just wish they could be considerate of people's time.

Michelle the owner is the BEST My nails last for soooo long & I have NO issues with them lifting! She is very creative when it comes to painting my nails! She always has great ideas on what colors to mix & match to make my nails look fly I recommend you try Michelle

I seriously do not know why anyone would even step foot in to this salon! My mom and I went here and they so rude! If you have an appointment they make you wait over 10-20 minutes! The management is so horrible! I had an appointment with Michelle! She gave me to someone else! Another time I went and I had an appointment! The nail tech said “ oh it will just be 10 minutes! So I wait! The nail tech gets through with her nails! The lady said “ oh I want another color! I said “ are you serious! I had an appointment 20 minutes ago! Thr nail tech says to me “ oh he will do your nails! ” I can’t believe they are still in business today! DO NOT GO HERE! Huge RED FLAG!
Another time I went to get a pedicure NANCY! Said to me “ I don’t like it when people talk and text on their phones, it’s very rude! WOW! I WILL NEVER EVER BE GOING THERE AGAIN!

This place is never organized, even when you make an appointment they may still take another person before you, even if they came in after you.

I have been to this place a few times. For the most part, they have been average. I think what attracted me to this place is that inside, it's aesthetically pleasing with cute decor. Theres a lot of pedicure chairs and nail stations. They are expensive! The most I've paid is $150 for pedicure and a new set of acrylic nails. The last time was the worst experience, and I won't be a returning customer. An older gentleman with peppered hair did my pedicure, and he must have been in a bad mood. He hurt me a few times while doing my pedicure, then kept doing this thing where he would abruptly tug my feet or legs this way or that way if my feet were not in a position he wanted. It was not a pleasant experience. That may not seem like a big deal to some people, but if you're going to get a pedicure and pay a lot for it, you would expect to feel relaxed, right! I left feeling tense and multiple sore spots on my feet AND I paid $65! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

They are always quick and great on time, but this is the first set of professionally done acrylics I've had that just will not stay on. I have had to reglue 2 nails already and another just fell off as I picked my phone up off a table. They are always friendly so this is not a review against their service.

The worst manicure I've ever had in my entire life! First a sr used a rusty nail clipper.he also used his own nails to remove my acrylic.it seemed that he did not know what he was doing and it took him an hour just to remove the acrylic.my nails were horrible.then a lady finished the whole process and it was terrible.crooked thick full of lumps.poorly painted.total stress from the time I arrived until I left.the worst experience i have ever had. His instruments are also very dirty. I do not recommend this place to anyone.terrible service.

I've been a regular & today was my worst experience. We had to wait for an hour with an appointment & watched later appointments get serviced before us.there was more that disturbed us but enough said already.

My appointment was for 4: 30 pm and they didn’t take me in til 5 pm so no need to make appointments since they won’t honor the time.
Total for gel pedicure and kids pedicure $95 which I think it’s too much. When it was time to pay I felt like not giving a tip due to the waiting time and the over priced service. The lady that was charging me asked for a tip. Now that surprise me. When they ask for a tip. I felt like why?

I’ve been here many times in the past and usually am happy with the service and results. This past trip the woman who did my pedicure was very rough with my feet and it felt like she was gouging my nail with the dremel tool she used to clean out the edges of my nails. She seemed to be in a hurry to get everyone done. I am going to be looking for another nail spa.

Tried this place before and was good, today I was helped quickly and my tech did a great job.

I went to this place the day before Thanksgiving I made an appointment 3 days prior my pedicure was lovely but when it came to my nails the nail lady dismissed me I did not get the design I wanted the other lady that did my nails didn't do a good job they are crooked and already one has broken and it's only been 5 days very disappointed with this place I do not recommend anybody to go to this place they're unorganized and they have no time management it is absolutely ridiculous the owner whoever she was is a rude they just want to make money it is not about the customer at all I do not recommend this place at all!

HURT and cut my finger! I was excited because the reviews are so good! But OUCH! When she was The filing my nails the file cup rubbing against the side of my finger, I told her it was hurting but she didn’t change her technique then tried to charge me $30 EXTRA BUCKS for 8 letter stickers! Lady got mad and told me not to pay her at all - and to just leave. I still paid her $80 instead of $120 because I’m not going to take advantage of anyone, but $120? ! That is just crazy for a acrylic set. I wouldn’t recommend for adults but I got my 4 year olds nails done there too and they were very kind to her, I wouldn’t get my nails done here but for a kid it’s only $7 and they have cute mini kid salon chairs too. It’s More kid friendly than adult friendly lol. If she had charged me the listed prices I wouldn’t have cared as much about the cut on my finger, but for that kind of money I expect more professionalism and less pain
