Brought my '23 Sorento in for a defective window motor. Jesus from service dept helped me through everything with a great and professional customer service. A+
Experience was good. I needed to remove the right front wheel and tire from my vehicle after having my tires rotated. The lug nuts weren’t torqued with a torque wrench. Nuts were WAY to tight and the keyed lug nut had metal left in the key groove that had to be dug out with a pick. I commented on this just to let you know. Have a great day.
Brought our car in for an oil/lube and recall service I expected the service to take half a day, but it ended up taking only two and a half hours. Thanks Kia Temecula.
Great experience with no fuss easy to use and the notifications are helpful. Only down side is the parking lot very cramped and can be difficult to maneuver.
Dch of temecula was able to get me in without an appointment and made sure all of my questions were answered.
I only give you a 5 star because of Nick the service tech. He got me last minute due to recall issue that was holding up my registration. However the fact that I cannot get regular service done in a reasonable amount of time. 4 weeks out is ridiculous. I’ve bought two Kia’s and have had my Optima only serviced at DCH Temecula through the years, 4 weeks out just to get an oil change plus service done is not acceptable.
Everyone has an emergecy when it comes to transportation. Our family appreciates Eder's efforts to get our Sorento evaluated (and fixed!) even with their technicians' tight schedules. Thanks so much for working with us; life saver!
I had the oil changed in my Kia Soul and Jesus greeted me as soon as I arrived and verified my appointment and what I needed done. He made sure the batteries in the ignition keys were changed as per my request. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner as usual.
Scheduled my car to be serviced for replacement parts a month out. Arrived on time and received very poor customer service. After having my car there all day I needed to call my service advisor Jesus in order to get an update on my car. He asked if they could keep my car another day as the technician were unable to finish. I came in to get personal items I needed from my car shortly after. Come to find out my car was never touched in the 10 hours it had been sitting there. If I didn't purchase my car here and had previous maintenance done I would not come back.
I was a little disappointed when they said I needed new air filters, I had just changed them before my oil change so I know they were clean. I felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need! They also didn’t wash it.
Had my 60,000 service done, price was as expected and the service from Jesus was excellent, so was the speed of service.
Very dependable they do not upsell. Accurate estimates both on cost and how long to do the work. Everyone Very knowledgeable and professional. I drive 15 miles to use DCH because I have complete trust in this dealership

Came in for a few recalls on my 2015 Kia soul.wow what great help I received from Joanna at the service center.the best I have had since I bought my car in 2014.she not only treated with great service and efficiency she did the same with my son.will not go anywhere else just because of her assistance.
