Much better reasoned suggestions (not brake fluid every 12 months) and have a car wash again. Downside is significant price increase, crazy for an oil change but at least it is done correctly (I hope). Always new people, makes me wonder about stability of the workforce.

Worked with Ivan in sales. The best car buying experience in my life. Everyone made me feel like I was at home. The communication and attentiveness was top notch. Never felt pressured and everyone was working for my best interest. The deal was too good to be true and when I arrived. It was exactly what was offered over the phone. If you are looking for a helpful, friendly, and all around good person. Ivan is who you should ask for.

If they offer you add ons. Do not take it. Almost 6k in add ons that was added onto our contract and we weren’t made aware of how much they cost until I got my finance info and saw that out of the 20k I put towards a car 6k went towards a bunch of add ons I didn’t even know / would ever think would cost that much. So my loan ended being way more than I was told it would be. When we brought up the fact that the cost of the service wasn’t included in the discussion of adding the services I was told I should’ve read the contact, which I can agree with, and would’ve done had i not been there for over 3 hours already exhausted and ready to go home, because they take forever to process anything. I’m so disappointed. Fortunately we have another car and this was just going to be for rental purposes but I wouldn’t recommend going to this place. They are dishonest, well I guess they’re honest to the point they need to be to make a sale. Idk how people do things like this and sleep at night. Is working at Subaru worth your soul, your morals? ? Just be very careful and don’t get any add ons. I said yes because who would think those services would cost over 6k? I’m honestly so disappointed. There’s no reason to do that. There was no reference of cost or pricing when the services were offered and in fact I’m sure we were told they’d cost less than they did. Also, we weren’t shown that we the point was to put the majority and then have a small loan. And something about that is sketchy. You can shop here if you want but make sure you buy it full out. We just wanted to get a loan for credit building purposes and now we’re paying a tuition.

The experience with your team in the car repair division was excellent and deserves 10 stars. The gentleman who served us was professional, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Your people bent over backwards to get us on the road so we could complete a trip. I would not hesitate to recommend your department.

Looking for a new car and because our daughter has a Subaru and loves it, we thought we might give it a try. We were in the showroom for about 20 minutes getting in the car and sales people were coming and going. No one stopped to say hello or inquire if we had been helped. No other customers in the showroom. Disappointed. So we left.

DCH Subaru has the most caring and professional service staff, led by Scott. He went well above usual and customary service to make sure that we were happy with our service. Not only are we happy, but we have never experienced such a pleasant and customer oriented service, from any business. A truly amazing experience. We highly recommend DCH Subaru, where customers do come first.

My service rep got me in on time. He was friendly and professional. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and there was coffee and granola bars. The estimated time was correct and I was able to leave as planned and get on with my day. I was happy with my service.

My wife and I were at DCH Subaru of T. O.for service, so we decided to take a test drive while we wait. A sales professional, David, found us looking around the show room and asked if he could help. We said we are looking at the Outback and the Forester. He showed some models and took a test drive. We really liked the Forester Touring and even worked out the numbers, but we were not ready to buy. This is a big purchase and we want to be sure about it. David did a fantastic job and I would definitely like to work with him again when we are sure. Thanks for the opportunity to test drive. I am one step closer to making a decision.

My girlfriend was a first time buyer and was sold a Used Car as New. Somehow she didn’t receive full financial documents. Not until a failure in Eyesight caused an accident we found out our coverage required pictures when you buy used car (Not if New) so we were liable. She paid over sticker price. Now the car sits with eyesight problem and blown engine. Hopefully Subaru will make this situation better. Wasn’t to happy with first response, “you have to take responsibility”.

I’m always very satisfied with the work and staff at Westlake Subaru …the service department staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable when I have questions or concerns …I work with Jamil and happily he is always pleasant and responsive to my car needs

DCH Subaru Thousand Oaks team truly cares about customer service. I have been getting my Subaru Outback serviced here for over a year and Juan Alvarez in the service department is top notch. The team is knowledgeable, friendly and they care about the details!
