Phenomenal car buying experience! This is my fourth car buying experience and no doubt was it the best. Miguel worked diligently with me over the phone, as I live over 3hours away, and he easily helped me end my search for my perfect 4runner. He answered every question and updated me frequently on the status of my purchase. I drove out for the pickup a few days later (they would have let me pick up any day, however it was based on what my work schedule permitted) the car was immaculate, ready to go and the pickup process was quick! Toyota of Oxnard is well worth drive. The customer service was top notch and I love my new Toyota!

Bought a great used car. Javier and Carlos made our experience much better. They were helpful and accommodating and helped to get us a great deal.

Omg. 7AM appointment, 90 minutes promised. Upon arrival, I’m told the mechanics don’t come till 730, I won’t start till 8: 09.3 1/2 hours later, they’re not even close to being done. But I can go rent a car at enterprise. No loaners- enterprise said that was ‘quite surprising’. Now I’m told 1 PM. So 90 minutes turns into 5 hours for little piddly stuff. Back latch is a little loose, they want $480 to fix! All in all a disaster. Wrecked my day. Never again. Not confident that it will be ready at 1 PM-

I have already recommended to my coworkers that they should check out DCH Toyota, Oxnard (and if they don’t have the car – they can get it for you) I have a 2019 Tacoma Limited (wanted a TRD Off Road in cement, but dealer didn't have the color, available-so they went out and found it for me) and am ultimately pleased.

Always great service, whether under warranty or not. Better than most mechanics rates as well. Free coffee too. Had a recent visit for inspection, staff couldn't be nicer, and the tech was an older experienced mechanic who is knowledgeable. I love my car. I recommend this place and I recommend you go to Jose and Oscar, they are great guys. I will update my review in 6 months

I was interested in a used car listing and was bombarded with emails about their fast and friendly car-buying experience. For us it was a ridiculous scene of good cop/bad cop. Our salesperson Christian was the typical car salesman. He played the sympathetic part to a tee after we were insulted by the middle man who gave us the “numbers. ” I wish I could remember his name because he was the WORST! I’ll call him “Guido the Arrogant” for these purposes. When we questioned him about whether we needed some of his “add-on” charges, his response to us was “And you don’t need the car either. ” My bad for not walking out then.
Christian texted through the majority of the waiting game process. My impression was that he was saying one thing to us face-to-face and another to his colleagues on the other side.
Johnny, the finance person, pimped out his “beautiful” family portrait on his computer to play up to our parenting emotions as the car was for our daughter. Why else would the monitor have been completely turned away from him for our view! I take responsibility for letting them cheat/wrangle us into the final deal as I was exhausted by then and needed to get my daughter going.
Buying cars has the reputation of being a dreadful, painful process. Yup. This lived up to it.
