This dealership was the next closest dealer after Patterson Acura closed down. They honored a power trans warranty and replaced my block on my 2018 TLX. They provided me a loaner the same day i brought the car in and have cared for me every step of the way. Kudos to Sarah and Kyle for their contribution to my experience. My advice to anyone receiving a loaner is to take photos of the tire rims and windshield to avoid any confusion when returning the loaner.
Tustin Acura has supplied me with the best service I’ve ever had over the past eight years. The service writers and mechanics are friendly, efficient, and eager to go beyond what you have been used to before.
MV Acura closed their doors, which was next to my home. Now must drive far to Tustin for service. MV would do my oil changes for $59.96 with their coupon. Called this Tustin Acura dealership and they want $130. Tried to ask for any cheaper options and was told only 10% off. What a rip off. Some dealerships help people others are just in it for the money. Sad.

We purchased our 2016 Acura MDX, new, with DCH Tustin Acura and have been a maintenance customer with them for over 11 years. They are the most accommodating, personable, reliable and knowledgeable Acura auto center we have ever dealt with. The staff and technicians are amazing!
Drove an hr to test drive one of their cars that’s advertised online. I spoke to Khalil over the phone and guarantee that they never lose a deal over options and accessories, coz I was concern. But when we got there, the out the door price from $46k went to $55K which doesn’t make sense with taxes & license. We have to specifically asked why numbers don’t match, only then Mike the salesman told us the variance is for options&accessories. Nobody is going to buy a warranty on a year old car. Dealer won’t take off. Finance person seems defensive on how he is pricing his car. Bait & Switch dealership. They should have told us ahead of time that those options are not options! Waste of drive.
Serviced was prompt and excellent. Got peace of mind for my car serviced by Acura-trained crew.
